The worst experience I encountered by this doc hearing testing assistance name DD. First I want to explain that Im a serious person . With that being said I called to make a appt 1/27/16 with Jackie she told me that they didnt get somie codes nd they abso can not make appt. so she was going to fax the request can call me back didnt hear from her so I called the follow week nd was told if I can go that same day. As desperate as I was struggling with virtigo I took that appt (hearing apt) ......well I had dental work done and got all stitched me up I have a daughter that has a disability nd got a call from the school phys. concern I took the call but then to get a ticket . Making me run late to pick my little girl from elementary. Rushing to the clinic in pain discomfort emotionally drain I kept my feeling to my self . If my pain discomfort transferred to my face DD the doctors hearing assistance has no right to look up nd down nd ask me I S THERE A PROBLEM? With this rude approach. I Sd no Why ? Wondering why she was asking me Is there a problem . She stop looked up and down at me gave me this mad dog face like who iam I to be asking her that question! Upset she told me to get out and stay out side ! Refusing to see me she tells me no one will see me dont waste your time and go to the front . I refuse to listen to her I stood still nd asked the receptionist to get me a manager she as there is no manager they took me to the back room where that horrible getto unprofessional DD was at I Said no I refuse to be in he same room with her DD AGAIN GOT LOUD RUDE DISRESPECTFUL. Becuz I was asking her wt is her problem . I was not yelling NOTHING ! She threaten me to call security I asked for wt Im not causeing a seen conducting myself poorly. She was taking thing way out of control She sd just to get me out of her office . I went to the receipionist again for help cuz she can not be treating people they way she is cuz she has a bad addittude Falsely call security cuz there was no need to I was calming waiting for the doctor with my second time out in the front . The receptionist ad the doctor is aware but will not be going out he refuses to come out he will review the complaint DD did with the security officer .. I was in shock with the way they handle things here ... I wanted to write a complaint with the security guard but he said there is no need cuz there in nothing he can write about me I truly consider the doctor negligent to patients needs and welfare . No one was helping me at all . The security officer apologized for her behavior. He sd by the looks of me and wt he came to there was no uncontrolled situation. Also I doubt DD has a medical degree mental health I truly cant see her as a therapist . For her to be questioning patient is there a problem ? Cuz if I would of said yes and explains this horrible day wt medical advice would she legally be able to give ! But apperantly shes her own boss and does what ever she wants with little disregard to consequences because the doctor did abso nothing to help a distressed patient ! With a out of control rude mean disrespectful unprofessional assistance . Ill be file a state complaint pain in suffering

A DISGUSTING PIECE OF TRASH DOCTOR HE RUINED MY LIFE HE IS AN IMPOSTER AND SHOULD HAVE HIS LICENSE REVOKED WHEN I WAS 14 I RECEIVED A NOSE OPERATION DUE TO A DEVIATED SEPTUM instead of fixing my nose so that i could breathe better he cut half of my nose off literally he also recorded my surgery with bis iphone without PERMISSION 4 years later i was receiving another operation in las vegas and my new doctor tried to get medical history from him and his response was THAT HE NEVER OPERATED A PATIENT BY MY NAME THAT THERE WERE NO MEDICAL RECORDS OF ME WHAT A disgrace what a disappointment

Heres what you can expect.. If youre being referred my your primary Dr, expect to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. The reason, Dr Feinberg is the only ENT at Raincross. Its very frustrating to say the least. As far as Dr Feinberg, he is top notch, but if youre expecting him to sit down with you and slowly explain things, you better forget it, he is triple booked at all times. Raincross could and should hire 2 more ENTs.

Great Dr. Love the staff, He is a surgeon and is very busy. We just need to be patient and undertanding about the wait. Either that or we go to another ENT and wait a few months to be seen or to the County. I have seen a few people putting up a fight for the wait time. Does not get them anywhere but stress everyone out.

Horrible service. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They canceled my appointment Becuase THEY didnt order the right blood work. County hospitals are even better than thus service! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I think that the staff was nice the entire time. Dr.Feinberg was very nice and professional. Im Happy to have him as a doctor. The staff helped me with a difficult situation and rushed my lab results.

Dr. Feinberg is a good doctor explained everything to me about my sons ears. But his staff is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
