My legs and feet take a lot of abuse because I have a job that Im constantly walking around for hours at a time. A few years ago I started feeling heaviness with some serious swelling in my legs even though Im still a young male so I finally decided to find a good doctor. Then I went to see my regular doctor and he said I needed an experienced vein (vascular) doctor not a Dermatologist. My doctor recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Mann in La Jolla. He is a vein expert and has been treating patients for a long time. The appointment took about an hour and I also got an ultrasound screening. Afterwards the doctor and the Nurse answered all my questions and never seemed too rushed. I was also impressed with some great advice he gave me on taking care of my legs at work and after work. Now I do what he recommended and cant believe even my whole body feels better. I dont like going to doctors office but his office is really clean and the doctor and his staff are very professional. Im going to see this doctor once a year from now on. I love you Dr. Mann

I am in my mid 20’s and I have battled with varicose veins my entire life. From this I have physically felt heaviness and emotionally have struggled with wearing shorts or outfits where my legs were exposed. From the second I walked in I was greeted with top notch customer service. The place is beyond clean and everyone is extremely knowledgeable and educated in what they are doing. You can tell Dr. Mann is not only a specialist at this but also this is his passion. With confidence, I began undergoing my treatments with Dr. Mann where my varicose veins were SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I couldn’t believe my eyes over time. This had been something I have wanted my entire life! I am not only feeling more confident in my shorts but I feel like me entire life got a lift! THANK YOU SECRET VEIN CLINIC AND THANK YOU DR. Dr Mann and the staff were extremely helpful. They were able to treat my varicose and spider veins after I have visited several other doctors who could not fix the problem. I inherited my families varicose veins and doing the treatments with Dr. Mann were easy and painless. Summer is coming and I wanted to get this issue resolved once and for all. I had several appointments with Dr. Mann who explained the process at full and educated me on the process and expectation of what to expect so there were no surprises-- The doctor is straight forward and actually listens to your concerns. Im kind of a chicken when it comes to seeing the doctor or dentist but my legs were getting really bad and I knew I had to do something about it. I am so excited to wear shorts and swimsuits this summer and not be embarrassed any more. Dr. Mann is great post-procedure as well! His office is truly reputable and I recommend to anyone with the same issues as my own.

I came across The Secret as I was visiting a business next door to them, Glancing through the windows as I walked by I noticed they carry one of my favorite skin care lines IS Clinical. Being a product snob and junkie I peeked in and was immediately impressed with all the lines they carried. The best of the best. $430 later I am so happy that I found this place and will continue to return here to purchase all my skin care needs. The lady at the front desk was helpful and informative as well as very sweet. She knew her facts when it came to every single product I inquired about and wasnt just saying basic things like "it hydrates". I was so impressed by her knowledge that I figured their facials must be done with equal such knowledge and training that I booked one on the spot for next week! This place is awesome and has a great, welcoming energy to it. I highly recommend it!

I went to the Secret Clinic for Sclerotherapy after purchasing a great deal on LivingSocial. The staff was pleasant from the moment I walked in, the clinic was very well decorated and the doctor was very helpful. After the complimentary ultrasound, Dr. Mann recommended that I go for a more extensive procedure to take care of the underlying problem, and while I was a bit hesitant at first, the doctor and patient coordinators assured I would be comfortable. The doctor couldnt have been more right, my legs have never felt so great and I know I made the right decision with the new surgery choice, and the best part is that my voucher I purchased on Livingsocial went towards my procedure. Definitely worth the visit

I met Dr. Peter Mann for the first time when I visited him in his gorgeous clinic in downtown La Jolla. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, which is important to me, as I tend to be very critical. Recently I visited his office so that he could examine a skin infection that seemed to be intractable. Dr. Mann diagnosed the problem and placed me on the appropriate antibiotic. Within 2 days I was on the road to recovery! Dr. Mann and his staff are the best and I highly recommend them to everyone. I have recently become aware of a large, unsightly and painful varicose vein on my leg and you can be sure that Dr. Mann will perform the procedure.

When I first noticed some varicose veins starting to appear on my legs I was in shock. I thought they could only happen to older people but I guess I was wrong! After scrounging around the internet I came across a Groupon that offered a free consultation for varicose vein treatment in San Diego. I did my due dillegence and the reviews for The Secret Vein Clinic were all very promising. Dr. Mann was very informative during my consultation. He explained everything I needed to know about what causes varicose veins and how they can help treat them. I start my first treatment next week and I can’t wait to start seeing these disappear!

The Secret Vein Clinic is the place to go for appropriate treatment of all venous conditions. Dr. Mann and his professional staff used ultrasound to identify two veins in my right leg with faulty valves which were the underlying cause of my varicose veins. He used radiofrequency closure to treat one vein and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy to treat the other vein which had more branches coming off it. The correct diagnosis and treatment gave me immediate positive results. I plan to return in the near future to work on some of my spider veins as well. Jan K.

I never knew you could experience the signs of varicose veins so young but it has always been an issue in my family so it must be genetic or something. Anyways, my aunt recommended The Secret Vein Clinic in San Diego to me. I was able to set up a consultation with Dr. Mann and we had a good rapport and he made me feel comfortable so I went ahead and scheduled a varicose vein treatment session. I have gone to 3 session so far and I am pleased with the results. I am looking forward to continuing my treatments with Dr. Mann and his staff.
