My experience with this office has shown them to be unprofessional and hard to work with. I had a bad experience, and tried to file a complaint with the office. I called in 3 times before I finally spoke with the office manager, despite leaving two messages and being assured Id hear from someone. When I told her that Id like to add their inaccessibility to my issue, she tried to argue with me and say that Id only left one message and that it was forwarded to the doctor. Unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. I feel that I should have gotten a call back sometime in the 2 weeks I was trying to contact them, at least letting me know that the doctor had received my message and would get back to me. When I finally spoke with the doctor, I told him my complaint, and he immediately brushed it off. I let him know that I wasnt trying to pursue any legal action, I just wanted to inform him of what happened so that it doesnt happen to anyone else in the future. He was very defensive, and told me that he would not accept that hed missed anything. Again, unprofessional and rude. I realize he needs to protect himself from lawsuits, but I was just trying to voice the fact that he missed something and I ended up suffering quite a bit because of it. I would hope that a good doctor would at least hear my concerns, and take them into consideration. Bottom line: avoid this place if you want thorough service and professional courtesy.

This doc is awesome. Old school is right - he asks questions, get details, and really listens. Worth waiting for.
