I am not one who enjoys visiting a doctor of any kind. Regardless of what I plan on having done, I am always nervous. It was no different the day I went to visit Dermatology Center of the Rockies and Dr. Baird. Dr. Baird and her staff were amazing. From the minute I walked into the office, they made me feel so welcome. The ladies in the office (both at the front desk and behind the scenes) were so kind and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. I can not say enough about Dr. Baird. She put my mind at ease and her work was absolutely flawless. She is a perfectionist with her patients and that is what I am looking for when visiting a doctor of any kind. Thank you, Dermatology Center of the Rockies and Dr. Baird. I am one happy patient!

I have had three appointments with Dr. Kristin Baird since moving to CO one year ago. Two of the appointments were for cosmetic reasons and one appointment was for a medical reason. I was very pleased by the quality of services by all involved as well as the results of the services provided. The office and medical staff, along with Dr. Baird, demonstrate top professional competency, excellent communication and listening skills, patience and a very hospitable experience. Dr. Baird and staff at Dermatology Center of the Rockies came highly recommended upon my arrival to Colorado, and I will continue to use them for all my dermatology needs.

BILLING IS A NIGHTMARE! This office is from the 1980s. There are only 3 options to pay your bill. They are to send a check or your credit card number in the mail. Its 2017, who has checks anymore and have they ever heard of identity theft? The last option is to call in so expect to get a constant busy signal or have to leave a message and then sit on your the phone waiting for a call back. And after all this prepare to be screamed at if you even dare to express your frustration with their antiquated process. They have no concern about other peoples time. Terrible.

I had an excellent experience at dermatology center of the Rockies. Dr Baird is an artist as well as an exceptional dermatologist. She never overdoes and knows exactly what will work the best on each individual. Elena Lopez-Cano ,Medical Esthetician, is terrific at helping clients understand the many services offered at the clinic and spa. She is quite knowledgeable about helping clients get the best treatment at affordable prices. And is an exceptional esthetician.

Worst experience EVER!! DO NOT GO HERE. I have now received my 3rd Bill...from ONE appointment on April 12th 2017. This is by far the most dishonest business I have ever encountered and I would not send anyone I know here. They misled me to believe that I would pay $250 out of pocket and then insurance would cover the rest. I have already paid an additional $300 and just received another bill from a third party asking for another $150!! RIDICULOUS.

Appallingly bad. They wasted my time by scheduling an appointment that was not an appointment at all, but just a consultation. They didnt feel the need to inform me of this fact until I took an hour off work to attend, however. Then, just to make things worse, the PA actually LIED to me. Yes. Blatantly lied. Do yourself a favor and find a clinic that understands professionalism and honesty.

Nice, neat office. Very friendly front desk staff. Loved Caroline for my laser treatment. Unimpressed with dermatology, nothing special. And now I owe them over $80 for the doctor to look at my face for 30 seconds and say "Come back in a year." I understand there are fees, but to pay over $2/second?! That shouldve been part of the initial visit fee. I wont be returning except for laser.

Highly recommend the office of Dr. Baird. She takes time to listen to my individual needs and suggests appropriate procedures. The staff is very friendly and the location is easy to access. I have been going to her practice for a couple of years and it is good to know that the doctor and staff keep current with latest technology and equipment.

Dr. Paugh is literally the worst doctor I have ever gone too, shame too because the receptionist and nurse were very nice. Please if you need a real dermatologist, and a real diagnosis, go elsewhere. I have been to a ton of mediocre doctors but this takes the cake.
