The Doctor and PA are helpful and I have no complaints with the ones we have seen. The Billing department however, is literally a nightmare. The person in this department has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I have received several different invoices from them ranging from $115 dollars to $1,080 over 4 months! The visit was in the middle of October and the billing is still screwed up. They flat lied to me and told me I had to call my insurance company and give them additional information to get the claim paid. I spoke to the insurance company and was told that is not true. They said they were waiting on the office to send them the correct information to justify why they were overcharging for the procedure. I was also told by my insurance company that the office cannot bill us directly for that amount because it was breaking their contract with the insurance company. (So when the insurance company would not pay the overcharges, they tried to go around them and bill me directly for the excessive amounts) Wow!!! talk about underhanded and probably illegal. I wonder how many times they have done this to other people. Now 4 months later I am being told I owe 2 different amounts again. And do not waste your time calling the billing department for answers, she is the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have had to deal with in a long time. 4 months after the visit and she still cant get it right. It is a complete nightmare. Because of the rude, unethical, billing department, I am switching to a different dermatologist. They stole from me this time but NEVER again. I will also be filing a complaint through my insurance companies grievance department so they can investigate this shady practice further.

My dad used to go there years ago and recommended it to me. I have gone multiple times and each time the girl at the front desk was unfriendly, and both NP I saw there were rude and awkward. One even forgot about me while I was sitting in the room (not the waiting room, the actual room where I was supposed to talk to him). He removed a mole at one point too without checking if my insurance would cover it and now I owe them money for the mol removal. He made the split decision to remove it the first time I saw him without giving me the time to do my own research to make sure id be covered. Customers service here is awful and I will not be going back. They dont care about you, just about getting you out of the office because there are toi many patients on their schedule. You feel like a number, not a person.

What a wonderful office! My doctor referred me because he saw something on my neck that needed to be looked at by a dermatologist. I saw Dr. Hurt, and he was so friendly, and patiently answered all of my silly questions. I loved how he explained everything before he did it, it made me much more comfortable. His assistant was great and she did a great job explaining how to take care of my stitches. Later on I had a question about my bill, and when I called the billing department helped me out tremendously and explained things very well. Overall I had an absolutely wonderful experience there and will definitley be reccomend this office to all of my friends and family!

I do not know where to begin on how excellent this office is. Nurses know your name, are friendly and approachable yet still professional. Katie in the spa is a wikipedia for the skin care lines. I am high maintenance, neurotic, and full of questions but Dr. Hurt always has the time to answer my questions and offer professional insight that puts me at ease. I recently moved out of Colorado and fear that wherever I now go for dermatology services will pale in comparison against this amazing staff. I have considered the option of making the trip back because that is how excellent everyone there is.

I came here about 9 years ago and they diagnosed my Eczema and recommended a prescription that I still use to this day and it works great. I still go here once to year to refill my prescription. The P.A. knows me quite well and happily/easily writes out my skin medication while we have an intelligent conversation. I also went to the cosmetic department and asked them to get rid of my freckles. The prices were VERY reasonable (which would be about the same pricing scale as getting a tattoo) and after 3 sessions, Im freckle-free from my face. Im very happy with their procedure.

The results are fantastic and everyone seems incredibly experienced but its like impossible to make an appointment because theyre only open limited hours Monday through Friday and its hard enough to make an appointment during busy working hours. It would make an extreme difference if they were open just a few hours on Saturdays that way I can call on my day off and try to come in I already have to wait a month just to get in. Its hard for a lot of people to take off of work to make an appointment.

Had a terrible experience with an incision site getting terribly infected and had to beg to be seen by a doctor there (didnt end up seeing my dr as they werent working that day) and while waiting for my appointment overheard the PA and nurses making fun of me for wanting to come in to be seen. I realized then that I needed to find a practice that didnt make me feel uncomfortable when advocating for my health.

Have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and personal attention. Am very confident in Dr. Hurts exams and treatments. His assistants are friendly and competent. Would recommend him to anyone. Have never had any problems with the front office either and have been going there for more years than I care to remember under 2 different insurance plans.

The treatment I receive from Dr. David Hurt and his medical staff is very good. However, I cannot say the same for the staff handling telephone questions regarding insurance referrals who are rude and very impatient when it comes to getting answers or help. The front desk staff treated me with courtesy and were helpful.

I have been going here for over 20 years seeing Dr McDonnell. She is very good at what she does and always friendly. I have been seeing her P.A., Ken Wright the past several years for skin checks and minor procedures. He too is great at what he does. Thorough and full of good information.

They have the most unprofessional receptionist that was setting up appointments. To be laughed at when I was hoping I could set up a quick appointment due to an emergency is pretty appalling. Very disappointing!
