I have been going to Northern Family Medicine for almost two years now and made the transition over from my prior clinic which I was not satisfied with at all! From the first moment I spoke with Northern Family Medicine, my experiences have been excellent everytime! From Donna, who works at the front desk to Dr. Badger and Theresa Anderson, I have finally found a place to call home here at Northern Family Medicine. I have a Dr. that I absolutely LOVE to pieces and who makes me feel like Im his only patient. He actually sits and listens and asks about my life at work and at home, and I never feel rushed or like he has to be somewhere else. He is the best doctor, very personable, and great bedside manner everytime I step through the doors. I wouldnt choose any other clinic but Northern Family Medicine! They are all a true God send and blessing in my life.

It took me years before I decided to settle down and find a PCP in Greensboro...Im originally from Fayetteville, and I would literally go there every year for my Physicals and just do an urgent care for sick visits...we all know when you find a Good MD..you keep em! I found Dr. Badger..and hes been amazing...that was 3 years ago....He is great..Sheri Booth PA just recently joined..shes awesome, PA Sara Carter-Spencer is awesome...and even the nurses Brandi and Eboni are awesome, as well as Donna and Sabrina at the front desk...This is one of those offices that they remember your name, and everyone displays kindness...Im so glad I found them!

The best. Since Ive moved to NC Ive tried a few Doctors, not one of them made it past the first visit. That was until I went to Novant NFM. Dr. Spencer was amazing. She listened and answered all of my questions. Dr. Badger, Teresa, Donna,Stacey and everyone else make you feel welcomed and cared for. Been with them over 2 years now. My whole family goes there now. Never have I been to a Drs office where I was always comfortable. Love em.

The office is exceptionally clean. The front office staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Even when I encounter a busy clinic day, the wait time is minimal and the staff is always thorough and polite. Sheri Beal PAC is by far, one of the best providers I have ever seen. I drive a bit of a distance to reach this facility, but it is absolutely worth it!

Hands down the best experience talking to a doctors office over the phone. Stacy in particular was kind, thoughtful, and ALWAYS willing to help if she could. Definitely a blessing when medical receptionists are all too often curt or downright rude. It shows that Novant Northern staff care about their patients as people. 5 stars.

Friendly office staff. Get right into an exam room, did not wait but for a minute. Very clean ,smells good. Awesome bedside manner. Very knowledgeable, and professional. Lab work on site ++. Highly recommend Sheri Booth, PA-C!
