The 4 stars just for Dr. Balat! He is an amazing Doctor, in fact he is the only reason I continue going. The front desk so far, OK. The staff after the front desk on the other hand oh la la... they need a new office manager or a real strong organized person on hand. The clinical staffs are the worst, patients documents all mixed up with mine, but as long as my Dr. is great to me, Ill stay. I just practically dont expect any great service from anyone there anymore. I am not the only complaining, I even have conversations when at the doctors office with other patients and the complain about the same. I have reportedly told them off but I guess lack of patient care is something they (the staff) get away with.

Dr. Balat is an excellent doctor but the staff there is very inefficient! I had an appointment at 1:30pm and I was driving for 45mins already and just 2mins before arriving to the clinic they called me at 1:25pm to inform me that the doctor is in surgery and wont be in till 2:30 and when I got there at 2:30pm o was told at the front desk that he wont be there till 3:30pm.

The ABSOLUTE Best! I moved to ATX and will go back to Houston just to see him! He has been my doctor for 20 years and has delivered my children and seen me through some extreme hardships when trying to conceive our second child. He even called me on a Sunday to check on me following a surgery. I havent found a doctor as well-rounded as him and dont think I ever will.

Dr.Balat has been my doctor since I was 14yrs old... He is the best doctor out there in my opinion. I absolutely love him! He is very caring and compassionate. He keeps it real and he tells you the truth. And most importantly he knows what he is doing. If your looking for a great doctor your search is over, pick him I promise you wont regret it.

I started seeing Dr. Balat when I was 17. He was and is the very best in the world. Great person inside and out to my entire family. Dr. Balat delivered my daughter in 1987. She started seeing Dr. Balat at 16. My daughter was 27 when Dr. Balat delivered my 1st grandchild, Mia. So needless to say, we highly respect and love Dr. Balat.

Wait time is horrible Waiting almost 3hours half naked. Its like they treat patients by the best insurance to the least. People that came after me was treated before me. Doctor apologized and I felt it was sincere. Great doctor
