Kelsey-Seybold essentially hustled me out of $300. I went to this location experience ankle pain that was concerning. I presented my health insurance card (Community Health Choice HMO Silver Plan), and the employees at the front desk accepted my insurance, told me there would be a $10 copay (which I paid and was expecting of course) and I talked to the doctor who referred me to get an x-ray, which I went to do that day. Alls well with this so far. Well, months later I get a statement in the mail stating I owe Kelsey-Seybold about $300 in unpaid dues for this visit. I look at the statement and I would have owed them more but they credited me with a "No Insurance Discount" and a $10 "Patient Payment" (i.e., what I was told was a copay). I call the billing office and I am told that Kelsey-Seybold does not actually accept my insurance plan (they accept a different Community Health Choice HMO Silver Plan than the one I had). Now, I fully accept I should have been more careful and been sure of my plan. That was my mistake. However, I was specifically told by their employees that my insurance was accepted. This is documented and evidenced by the fact that I paid $10 on that day (why the hell else would I have paid that?). I was told the employees failed to verify my insurance plan before telling me it was accepted. If they had done so, I would have acknowledged my mistake and gone elsewhere. But instead, I was provided with false information by Kelsey-Seybold and now have to pay them for their misinformation. Their office was not even slightly interested in discussing any recourse, but hey, at least they said theyre sorry. Needless to say, I will never be attending another Kelsey-Seybold location, and frankly, I encourage any patient to double-triple check any information the employees there give you. Clearly, and atmosphere of trust in the information provided to patients is not a priority at this facility.

LOOOOONNGGGGG time patient of this location. And I have never been prompted to write a response until recently. First of, I love the front desk girls, (The girl in orthopedics and Fidelia in OB are my favs. Always nice and friendly), and I have never had a problem with the dr.s either. But last week I witnessed something that really made my skin craw. Whoever Kelsey has hired for security...what a freaking joke. The young lady is fine, but the two other officers are complete jokes. For one they arent cops but like to pretend that they are. And for two, I have never met more degrading and misogynistic men ever. They are extremely condescending to women and I witnessed the bigger guard yelling at two women. Screaming in the hall way like last Friday? Like I dont really care if you have a problem with a coworker...but you really shouldnt do that in front of all the other customers. Honestly Kelsey is so great and I would hate to see it degraded by crappy security guards.

I had the worst experience today. I had a physical exam with Dr. Hua. anything I had to ask or comment dealing with my health, he did not want to hear. When I commented waking up having a horrible sensation like having a heavy brick on one side of my brain. He plain, and simple insisted that my BP was fine. I had to ask him three times, that this was very scary. He apparently did not wanted to hear anything, and did not even gave a referral for a mammogram. According to the appointment desk, because I refused a breast exam. THIS DOCTOR, NEVER, NEVER mentioned anything about a breast exam. Now I have to see another doctor to get the referral!! Or is it because of what they will charge again?? Even if this doctor was the only one in the world, I would never see him again. Shame on him Kelsey Seybold and Julie(nurse) for making excuses for him!!

Regarding the Kelsey Seybold on FM 1960 (Cypress Creek Pkwy), I have nothing but good things to say. Dr Thomas and the reception area were extremely friendly, courteous, and informative. His nurse was wonderful to talk to as well. My son had been very sick and even though he is 20 years old, he had no knowledge of how to work through the healthcare system. I went with him because I knew how difficult it would be. But Kelsey Seybold made it easy and he couldve done it on his own with their help! There are no negative complaints from me, which is saying a lot because I always have something to pick about!

I have been thru the appointment desk, the Cancer center, the Infusion center and maybe one other center. All people at all places are courteous, informative, and efficient. The police outside are even helpful. I need help up and down curbs, directions, etc. Mainly, I go to the Cypress location and it and the pharmacy are past great. My doctors and nurses on the second floor are caring, intelligent, and compassionate. They are willing to explain things until you understand. I am a 72 year old grandmother and know one good doctor from a flying down the hall doctor. Very amazing.

My husband and I have been patients of this Kelsey-Seybold facility since it opened. We have always been treated with dignity and competence. Every person working at the clinic has welcomed us with professionalism. I can not understand the negative reviews. I attribute my good health to the preventative and curative care of Kelsey Seybold. As a thirty year cancer survivor, I am very concerned with finding only the most competent medical experts. We all must trust those we choose for our health care; Kelsey Seybold meets all aspects of my criterion.

I saw Dr.Daly ENT at the Spring location, l came to him sick with a awful cough that l had for three weeks, right from the start he was dismissive, and act as if l was wasting his time, he literally wouldnt listen to anything l had to say. No compassion period, perhaps if l was a man he might have taking me more seriously. I think he has loss his humanity. No one deserve that kind of treatment. But one day Dr.Daly you will stand on the other side, and a week later l still have this cough and mucus, and he said he saw none.

The intake person sitting next to the policeman is by far the rudest and most insulting woman I have ever dealt with at Kelsey. If one owes a bill she threatens and is not the least bit helpful. I am there all of the time, and will do anything other than go to that woman to make appointments or check in in the future. The Lab intact people are always courteous and helpful.

Ive always had good experiences with the physicians at this location. With having a Kelsey Seybold Advantage plan I do not need referrals to see specialists; a definite plus. The surgical center is very friendly and professional. Matter of fact, the only place that isnt friendly is the blood draw lab. Pharmacy fills rxs quickly. I like Dr. Buencamino for primary care

Urology - Dr. Allison Panganiban, VERY rude. Unprofessional and insensitive!!! Obviously very new to the medical professio. She has a long way to go. She needs to remove herself from Kelsey and go be a school nurse somwehere else. Weve been going to Kelsey for years and do not deserve to be treated the way she treated us!!
