Dr. Perri and his staff have always been very professional and taken care of my skin problems in an accurate and efficient manner. As an older physician, I have long experience with good, mediocre, and sometimes bad doctors. Dr. Perri has impeccable academic credentials and makes accurate diagnoses then performs appropriate treatments (if available for the particular disease process). Common problems are common and many dermatological problems can be taken care of by freezing (cryotherapy) to reduce or remove superficial skin lesions, including actinic keratoses, seborrheic keratoses, benign lentigines, viral warts, and skin tags, etc. There are some negative reviews on this website that are nothing more than a few disgruntled people who cannot be pleased by anything; they are chronic complainers and do not for the most part understand OR care about how dermatology is done. Such patients make statements that reflect these limitations, such as not looking between their own toes for problems. Emotionally needy patients should not make specialists waste time by doing things that can be done by the patient; the dermatologists job is to examine areas not well seen by the patient and of course specific areas of concern. There is no need for prolonged patient discussions in most cases and tying up a specialist unnecessarily ultimately means that fewer patients can be helped. I highly recommend Dr. Perri and his staff!!!!

One of the best parts of this office is, everyone is so friendly and the wait is very minimal. I have never seen a doctors office be so efficient. You can be in and out of there in 15 minutes. Dr. Perri and all the staff are knowledgeable. Only reason i dont give this 5 stars is, what he said my issue is (Prurigo nodularis), dont seem to improve with the many creams i have used for almost 3 years now. What does work and clear me up.....antibiotics (obtained from different doctor for infection) and Caladryl. Caladryl seems to dry up my blisters and works best for itching. Since I was never tested to verify what I have, I questioned it after having it for 2 years and I asked him if he was sure. His response was YEP. End of story. left the room. Ok, well, I kind of felt abandoned at that moment. Seems to me if i was concerned and NOT healing after so long, shouldnt a test or something been done? Dont get me wrong.....I do believe he is very knowledgeable but he is human too and I believe he has my diagnosis incorrect. My reason....he said antibiotics would have zero affect on it. Well......that is when it cleared up......after antibiotics so kind of makes me understandably question it. I have referred others to him as I do believe he is good.

I was recommended to Dr. Perri by a friend who has been a repeat patient. I was very pleased with the level of service I received and would recommend Dr. Perri to anyone. I called to set my appointment and it had to be made 2 weeks out (which told me he must me decent if hes booked) but that worked perfectly for my schedule. When I got to his office, it was quiet, only a handful of other people in the waiting area the whole time I was there. The staff were pleasant and quick. Once my paperwork was filled out I was asked to place my debit/credit card on hold during my appointment **I have no insurance and paid cash**. My appointment was fairly quick, but I didnt need it to be long - he knew immediately what I had and gave me a thorough overview of what to expect with his prescribed treatment and how long it would take to clear up. Dr. Perri was friendly and professional. His office sent my Rx electronically to the pharmacy of my choice, and they gave me a 20% discount because I was cash paying customer with no insurance. (It cost me $160 instead of $200 - this was a diagnostic office visit only) All in all, I was pleased. I would recommend to a friend, and I would go back again if ever the need arises.

I read a bunch of the reviews he has gotten and laughed. First, I never look forward to going to see any doctor. Second, when I do go I am old enough to ask a question if the doctor does not respond in such a manner that I find appropriate. Third, if I have an issue I will get it resolved while at the appointment. I have seen 4 different dermatologists over a span of 15 years. First one retired. Second one was great but not in my network any longer. Third was a jerk that insinuated that it was beneath him to freeze a skin tag or a crusty spot. This doctor is/was professional This doctor is/was knowledgeable This doctor is/ was personable This doctor took his time to answer all of my questions. This doctor took time to adequately explain the procedure he did and took time to let me know what would transpire in the following week. His explanation was spot on. I could not have asked for much more. I have a 6 month followup appointment and will continue to remain confident in both him and his staff

I will never go back there (at least to the conroe location). The sad thing is, Dr. Perri was nice and is probably a great doctor, but his staff are horrible. During my visit I listened to the girls behind the counter make fun of someone for a good 10 minutes. The "nurse" who took down the info on why I was there was incredibly rude and condescending. I only received half of the treatment I asked for because she didnt relay the info to the doctor and by the time I figured out she wasnt coming back and got my clothes back on to ask about removing a mole, I could only catch her in the hallway. Ive never felt so shuffled at a doctors office before! I could understand if they were behind, or if there were many people waiting, but I was one of 3 people there. Yes, I could have made a stink and demanded the service I came for, but who really wants to piss off the person who is about to cut into your body?

I left my dermatologist and started seeding Dr. Perry because he was caring and took time with his patients. I recently had an appointment and was extremely disappointed in the services. I went in for a cyst on my back and he rushed into the room and checked me all over for skin cancer. I informed him of the cyst and he stated he could take care of it. I told him I had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and had to work my appointment around my chemo treatments. as he was rushing out of the room he said ok make an appointment. He was in the room with me no longer than 10 minutes, if even that long. He did not make any comment about the fact that I had cancer. I have been using Dr. Perry for several years now but I am not sure I will be back. I went to another doctor to have my cyst removed. I am not sure what happened, but Dr. Perry is not the same caring Dr. I started gong to.

I have been going to another Dermatologist for some 10+ years and decided to switch to Dr. Perri because he is closer to my home. I have had a number of per-cancerous places frozen off before by my old Dermatologist. The procedure performed by my old Dermatologist might sting just a little and then nothing else. When Dr. Perri froze off three places, one on the ear and two on my arms, they actually hurt almost to the point where I wanted to pull away. I dont know what the difference is, but I never experienced the pain that I felt on my last appointment on any other places that had to be frozen over the course of 10 years. Perhaps Dr. Perri allows more, greater volume, of liquid nitrogen to hit the skin, but whatever he does makes the procedure very unpleasant. So unpleasant that I am going to visit a different Dermatologist next time.
