made multiple visits for chronic eczema. long waits to get back to the exam room, extremely quick visits, not much interaction, seems he already has mind made up what he will suggest/prescribe before he comes in. the last visit however really upsets me. he finally tried something other than creams, gave me a cortisone injection. i paid my co payment and went on my way. couple of weeks later i get a bill stating i owe more money. called insurance company, they said the shot he gave me was coded as surgery!!! they gave me the correct billing code, i called the office and gave it to them. they said Dr. Subrt is the one that actually codes the bills but they will tell him. now i am getting threatening statement saying they will turn me over to a collection agency. i called the insurance company again, they called and spoke with the office staff and it sure does seem like they are not going to do anything. big question is if you knew you were going to do that and code as surgery which requires a different co pay, why not do it at the time the service is provided? what are you trying to do? purposely code something that you know will make your patient have to pay additional money as well as the insurance company? (this would not let me do a no star rating)

I didnt have a bad experience with Dr. Subrt. He diagnose me correctly and prescribed me the correct medicine. For those of you who had a bad experience because of the long wait... its because his office schedules patients every five minutes and thats why his visit with you is short... Pretty smart way to make a lot of money, but not a great way to get a thorough diagnosis if you ask me.

We really like Dr Subrt and his office staff. The office staff is very kind and they always treat my children in a way that makes them enjoy their visit. The Dr is fantastic, very thorough and knowledgeable. Even if you are a new patient you will get an appt within a few days unlike most dermatologist which can take months to get an appt.

The only place I go. Be prepared with your questions and list the spots you are concerned about, in and out quickly if you have no problems. I go back every year. My father died of Melanoma so I dont take any chances.
