Answering machines are designed for the purpose of one not missing phone calls. However, N.W Diagnostic has them to avoid situations they don’t care to deal with. Twice, I’ve had the misfortune of needing the assistance of the N.W Diagnostic administrative supervisor. The first occurrence was over a year ago when I called her office for assistance with an administrative problem. Via the answering machine she informed me that she wasn’t available but that she would return my call “as soon as possible.” I left a message clearly informing her that I had an administrative problem that needed her attention. I left my name and number and repeated it twice. After two days and no returned call, I called again and repeated my last message. Keep in mind that this was over a year ago and to date I haven’t received a call from her. On July 24, 2017 I had a major problem which I brought to the attention of one of the reception clerks. The clerk informed me that this person was the only one that could assist me with my situation. I called (in fact, I called four times) and again got a recording. I left a message explaining the urgency of my situation. To date, I have not received a call. Does this person really work (I use the word loosely) at the N.W Diagnostic? Is she a factious person made up by N.W Diagnostic to give the impression that they care? If she does exist, is she so incompetent that they can’t pry her away from the break area? Does she even listen to the messages? If she does, is she so dense that she doesn’t understand that she’s supposed to respond to them? If the clerk directed me to the wrong person, wouldnt she have sense enough to tell me that I had the wrong person and direct me to the right office? This last call caused me to lose over $800 due to her incompetence and indifference. I have been seeing Dr. Fridley for several years and I’m very pleased with his treatment plan. However, his superior service doesn’t mean anything if the medical/administrative staff have an attitude, are indifferent, or just plain ignorant of their duties. I think that it’s time for me to move on to another provider. Im not surprised that N.W Diagnostic only has 3 stars.

I am a young teenage girl. I went to see the only female doctor at this company hoping to not get harassed, and to be trusted that I am not having and female issues at all. I had a 15 min appointment at 9:30 and had to rush my check up to be out before 12:30. I know there are certain exams that should be done at certain ages, but when the words "as a woman, a mother and a doctor, I feel the need to check you out and to confirm that your vaccine is working" come out of her mouth...this is of course after I had already said it wasnt happening until I needed to be checked out. and 25 minutes of her trying to scare me into letting her do it. my mother was in the room and didnt get as strong of a awkward impression, but Im convinced she wanted to do the exam for her own benefit, she reached to put her hand on my knee. my mother is convinced its a motherly instinct, but not one Ive ever seen. nice office building, good technology, and big open waiting room.

I would not recommend this facility for your health care. I had one doctor misdiagnose my daughter and discovered their lack of proper testing by going to a specialist. When Ive had blood work done, I have to call MANY times and request my results. No less than 3 calls and then when I get the results they were abnormal and no one cared to discuss plan of treatment. I shouldnt have to repeatedly call to get my results. I wont even detail the mess theyve made of billing. Im getting letters about residual payments that insurance didnt cover from 3 years ago and this is the first Im hearing about it. I also find it a bit shady that you can not discuss more than one concern with the doctor. You need to schedule another appointment for different issues.

This is a practice that puts money ahead of patient care. They would rather decline seeing an 87 year old man over a $50 balance than stick yo the arrangements for payment they made with him. The doctors dont care about the patients, especially Dr. Youngblood who, without speaking to my father, "fired" him as a patient based upon a $50 balance, which he had made payment arrangements on and they did not stick to their end of the bargain and the word of a low level clerk, who knew nothing about said situation. I do not recommend using this practice for any reason. They are truly the best example of what medicine has become in this day and age.

I have been a patient of Northwest Diagnostics since 1976. We were on Cobra for a short period of time and I had an appointment with Dr. Couch. I paid my co-pay and several years later they sent me a bill for $99 stating we didnt have insurance. I called the insurance company and they verified I had insurance but would not pay the claim due to Northwest Diagnostic not filing the claim timely. It appears the Doctors are allowing a bill collector to decide who can make an appointment to see a Doctor. Excellent Doctors but out of control business office.

Dr. Agyarko is a wonderful doctor. I have been using her as my primary care physician for a couple of years now. I like her so much, I encouraged my 22 year old daughter (who has a lot of health issues) to also us Dr. Agyarko. She is a very caring and incredibly smart doctor. She spends a good amount of time with us during our appointments and really listens to us. Getting a quick appointment has never been an issue and we have almost zero wait time to be called back for the appointment exam.

Went to the doctor with a health issue. I was prescribed an over-the-counter drug which did not work, called doctor back and she prescribed another over-the-counter drug which did not work. Now sick, I called again, leaving another message and never heard and to this day havent heard from her. I ended up in the emergency room and was immediately admitted with blood pressure of 204/93 and advanced infection.

Doctors are not on time. You can wait up to one hour in the exam room waiting on the doctor. Will only see you for item at a time. You have to make multiple appointments for multiply items and pay for each appointment time. They do not tell you all there policys. Each doctor has additional policys they add to the clinics policys. They are lucky to get one star!

Our family has been going here for years. Its one of the best clinics you will ever find. Courteous, prompt, professional in every dept. The front desk is always courteous, we get in to see the doctor right away, and the test results are available on-line after the appointment. They take exceptional care of their patients. Recommend this group of doctors.

I have been a patient here for years. For the last 12 months I call and am told I can see my doctor in 3-4 weeks. If Im sick I should go to urgent care because no one is available. Really??? Out of all those doctors? I need a doctor when Im sick not weeks from the onset. Not even the next day thery are available. The staff on the phone is heartless.
