Dr Talosig seems to treat everyone as if they are a lesser person at some sort of clinic at every visit. Robotic like by reciting each previous visit and does not listen, even to those who have been on pain management for decades. Ive been on some sort of pain management program for over half of my 40+ years and he does not listen and does not explain and felt he needed to recite my entire history out loud every visit. I only went to his office as they were accepting patients (now I now why) under my insurance when I moved to Houston from an employment transfer and needed a pain management physician on the fly. Theyre billing is so screwed up that I even wound up having about 3 visit credit after ever six visits. His office also would not fax, mail or email my records to my new pain management physician upon my next transfer 2 yrs later after several requests from the new Doctors office (new one is fantastic so far) who was going to stop seeing me if I was not able to provide past records. Thanks to having a friendly understanding with his medical assistant (hope she finds better) and being able to catch her on the phone was I only able to get a copy of my records sent to me and my new doctor. Not only would I not recommend Dr. Talosig to others, but recommend that all other reviews of this "Dr." are read before choosing. I will not go back to his office if I am ever transferred back to Houston.

If I could rate nothing I would, Ive never had a worse experience in doctors. Dr.talosig genuinely doesnt care about anything other than his practice, me being a patient with CHD open heart surgery w/ valve replacement, heart has an aneurysm on it currently I have been on a medication for ten years for anxiety but also for my hearts palpitations and afib. He has no heart or soul it seems he gives you ultimatum like mine get off the anxiety medicine completely in 3 months when my general practitioners appt. Is still a month out. Its a joke no doctor has ever made me feel so small like a grain of salt. I was treated as if I was some horrible drug addict and unworthy, I feel personally bad for anyone coming to Dr.talosig. its dr.Talosigs treatment plan or hit the highway. No compromising and he gives you completely unrealistic care plans like here youre a disabled heart patient go do physical therapy......ummmm ok sure doc.! No thanks for the horrible care!

My insurance company referred me to Dr. T. for the chronic pain I experience in my neck. He and his staff were and continue to be very profession, polite, and attentive to my needs. Dr. T. has done a much better job at pinpointing the root cause of my pain and prescribing the best medication and treatment to alleviate the pain than any of the other two pain management doctors I have seen in the Houston area. My fiancé is an anesthesiologist and she said Dr. T. has excellent credentials and training siting that the medical school he attended, John Hopkins University, is the or one of the best in the world. I would strongly recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking for ways to treat their chronic pain. Definitely a 5 star staff and physician team!

Much better healer than 3 surgeries proved to be. He talked in language anyone can understand. He asked all the right questions and he has had better success in helping me than 2 surgeries and one emergency to fix the screwups. His care I receive from him, attempts at nerve regeneration and his procedures with neuropathy have kept me walk up right for the most part and in any cases with low pain situations. As I tell him ever appointment "Hey Doc, my lifes in your hands". I highly recommend Dr. T and and his practice.

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Talosig, and feel that he and his staff have set a precedent for excellence and unmatchable care. He has made specific choices regarding our health care which resulted in successful pain management and has taken the time to adequately explain different approaches for our well-being. I will forever be thankful for his compassion, and would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a top-notch physician who shows great concern for the patients he treats. Thank you, Dr. Talosig!

I am so thankful that Dr. Talosig has been my pain management doctor for the past two years. He is kind, knowledgeable, punctual and he really listens, answers questions and takes his time. He is accurate in diagnosing and skilled in giving injections and performing procedures. Dr. Talosigs staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. This is the most organized doctors office I have ever been to. I would definitely recommend him to family, friends and neighbors. Helen Brown

Dr. Talosig is one of the most professional physicians Ive had the pleasure to have treat me. He is well-organized and does everything he can to minimize my pain. I served 25 years in the military and it was a breath of fresh air to have him treat me with as much dignity and respect as he has. I recommend him to anyone that is suffering of pain and want that pain to be remedied or resolved. - Kim C

In past one and half yearS the doctorS I saw showed LITTLE enthusiasm to diagnose and ACCURATELY TREAT my issue. With the help of my family doctor it was suggested I see DR. TALOSIG. On my first visit I saw PROMISE. Dr. Talosig actually FOCUSED in on my pain issues and is making EFFORTS to IDENTIFY and PROPERLY TREAT my problem.

Common to wait over 30 minutes for someone to even answer the phone. If I could rate the staff and Dr Talosig (with the exception of one lady at the front desk) as a ZERO, I would. Firing him and getting someone who is more interested in the medical care of patients than writing scrips and being "important." Blech. .

Every time I visit the office, Dr. Talosig is genuinely concerned for my well being. The service received is always on par with excellence, and I feel comfortable with the Doctor giving me the service I know I deserve. He explains the decisions regarding my healthcare, and I am confident that I am in good hands.

Dr.Talosig is a wonderful, kind and caring doctor. He always makes my 88 year old mother feel at ease, treats her with respect and listens to her needs and complaints. We are promptly seen and have always received courteous service by the staff and Dr. Talosig. We always look forward to our next visit.

His front office staff is unorganized, rude and not very bright. It took over 3 hours (on hold for over 30 minutes at a time & twice they hung up) to get appt scheduled, after 1st appt it took a week to get an answer about meds. I would not recommend this dr. I cancelled 2nd appt and found a new dr.

I love Dr. Talosig. Id recommend him to anyone thats in real pain. I hate that I have to change Drs because the office no longer accepts my insurance. Ive been seeing him since getting out of the milk and hes been the greatest transition Ive had since. I will miss him.

Dr. Tolasig is one of the best pain management doctors I have ever met. He does not just throw medication at you. He uses new treatments like injections and bringing in the help of other doctors for the treatment. If it wasnt for him I would still be in extreme pain.
