I visited this office for the first time today since my previous doctor retired. I am very happy with my experience. I was seen quickly and not at all rushed through the appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Kat at the front desk was knowledgeable about my medical insurance and quickly and efficiently processed my new patient paperwork and the form needed to move my records over from my last doctor. Maria the nurse was efficient, kind, reassuring and did an excellent job in reviewing my medical history, drawing blood and taking the EKG. Dr. Islam is easy to talk with, asked many pertinent questions and took the time to listen to my answers and concerns. He put me at ease and suggested a realistic treatment plan and follow-up. The office environment is comfortable and cozy and everything was in its place and clean. Over, five stars and I hope to be a patient at this office for a long time.

Overall excellent experience. I had concern about the high doctor turnover rate at this office. I was only free on Fridays due to work. The office had modified hours and was closed on Fridays. I needed to go to the urgent care office downtown. After the second visit, my healthcare rejected my claim. When I brought up my concern to the staff Dr. Islam told me to find another doctor after doing business with him for two years. I know the doctor primani who left didnt care much for dr.islam. I wish he didnt say that to me otherwise I would have given a five star rating. This office isnt good with communicating with patients who depend on them.

I went to two separate locations in Hoboken and everyone I met at both locations was extremely helpful, nice and professional. I didnt have to wait long at either place and when there were minor delays, the staff explained what was going on so I wasnt sitting in an exam room wondering what was going on. Dr. Primiani is amazing - very thorough and she takes her time meeting with you and answering questions. Dr. Islam is also wonderful - very nice and to the point, but takes the time to answer questions. I would highly recommend these doctors and Prompt MD if you have any reason to seek medical attention. 5 Stars!!!

I having been going to PromptMD in Hoboken NJ ever since they opened years ago, anytime I have needed emergency care. The Doctors are very caring, knowledgeable and really take the time to listen to what is bothering you. In addition to the convenient locations in Hoboken and Edgewater for emergency needs, they now have a family practice in Hoboken right on Washington Street! I am the type of person to hates going to the doctor, but the level of service I have received is second to none, so when i do need to go to see a doctor, its always a PromptMD location.

I was a walk in today 12/20/16 and unsure if I would be able to be seen right away or if Id have to wait but I was taken in almost immediately. Dr. Lisa Primiani saw me quickly and made me feel so comfortable. I had only seen her one other time for a case of strep in April and she remembered details about my sickness from that far back. She remembered also that I had had my wedding and asked me about my honey moon too! She definitely cares about her patients so much. I was in and out quickly and with an rx for antibiotics and was so happy I chose to go back!

Dr. Lisa Primiani has been my primary for a few years now and I couldnt be happier. I feel grateful that my PCP is also my gynecologist! She and everyone on the team always make me feel 100% comfortable, cared for, they take the time to answer every question, and always help me get things right with my insurance provider. I find the follow up communication to be incredibly thorough as well. I recommend the Hoboken and Jersey City Prompt MD to everyone. When Ive had emergencies every doctor on staff has been thorough and compassionate. Thanks so much!

After visiting several doctors, Im so glad I finally made the decision to visit Prompt MD in Hoboken. Dr. Islam and the entire staff were outstanding. Dr. Islam listened to all of my concerns and immediately took steps to refer me for all of the necessary testing. I believe he literally saved my life. The staff was extremely supportive and even followed up with me to give crucial information for my treatment moving forward. Definitely first class service.

Called in very close to closing time for my mom and I (both had had the flu) and they accommodated us. To make things works found out both of us had strep through - which takes longer to run the test. The staff stayed behind to complete the test and Dr Rachel stayed to write us prescriptions - all way beyond closing time. Nice clean office convenient for uptown Hoboken. Extremely professional Staff that goes above and beyond.

I came here after reading all the fantastic reviews about this facility. I was told by the doc that Id get a call back with my results and further instructions and its been 72 hours since Ive been able to reach her. Receptionist told me shell call me back at the end of each day before she leaves at 3 pm....and I never received this call. Im quite shocked about the reviews here and frankly disappointed. Not recommended.

Would highly recommend. Have been going to prompt MD Family Practice on 11th and Washington. Great experience exceptional staff, knowledgeable Dr. takes the time to listen and gives solid recommendations and it is evident they really care about your health and well-being. Its a breath of fresh air to be able to see a doctor at a moments notice.

Dr. Lisa is so very nice and professional !! She listened to everything I had to say. Asked several questions to get a complete medical history. Usually I feel rushed by doctors and in less then 10 minutes Im out the examination room but she definitely took her time! Will make her my Primary Physician. Great experience!

Ive been here 3 times now. Had two different Drs and both have been great. The staff is friendly. Ive always just walked in and only once had to wait long (20 mins and thats not bad for a walk-in clinic). Love that you dont have to make an appointment two weeks out.
