The first lady I talked to was nice and helpful. Got all checked in and waited to get called back. As soon as I get called back meet the nurse person to the dentist. Waited to meet the damn dentist for like 45 minutes for her to come look at me and my teeth for like 3 minutes. She pounded on two of my teeth and they still hurt, which is two days later. Said I need to get them pulled, gave me a slip so I could get them pulled and left. Then waited another 30 minutes to get the damn slip. Felt like that person on the dental commercial. They were dental moniters and that was it. So upset. Ive been waiting to get seen for over half a year. Now they wonder why I refuse to go to the dentist unless I have to. Before this I waited nearly 8 years. Hate the place and people rude AF. To top it all off when leaving the front desk lady was as rude as rude can be and when I asked a question she rolled her eyes and said they would call me. Been waiting two days and no call. Dont go there if you cant help it. Staff is rude and dont care about you or your well being.

I strongly do not recommend this place. I went in for a filling. The dentist didnt believe me when I said I wasnt numb. He then proceeded to perform the filling on a molar with my crying and protesting in pain. I signaled that I wanted brakes. He made me hold my mouth open without a prop for 45 minutes. Any time it started to close hed snap that I needed to hold my mouth open. I walked out feeling like Ive been tortured. Then 6 months later I get a call telling me that I owe them $60 for the filling that was supposed to be free. I called their headquarters and all I got was well you owe this even if it was never discussed that you were going to be charged. And so with the $25 Id already paid as copay I am now supposed to pay $85 for a sadistic monster to torture me. I feel like they are abusing me and not even recognizing that its wrong. I dont want anyone to have this happen to them. Run as far as you can in the opposite direction.

The people rating this place 5 stars must be friends or family. This office is incompetent. Theyre constantly changing appointments without notice. Only to then treat me like Im scum for trying to figure it all out and then having to request time off of work because they dont know how to schedule an appointment properly. The dentist was so rude and short with me when I was inquiring about my teeth and alternatives to pulling my only existing perfectly healthy wisdom tooth. He seemed bothered I had any questions at all the first time I was there. They charged for services that were not provided. Im 29 and Ive never been told by any dentist that I needed braces. Im already petrified by the dentist. Then I was treated terrible because I couldnt afford the dentist for 5 years and had some plaque during my cleaning. I left feeling helpless and ashamed. Thanks for NOT helping, advantage dental!

This was the worst dr. experience I have ever had. I brought my 18 month old in for a check up because of tooth rot. I was told by the dental hygienist that "I needed to be a mom" and just brush her teeth. I explained that I do brush her teeth at least twice a day and that I was still breastfeeding at night and that I believed that was what caused the tooth decay. When the Dr. came in he looked at my daughters mouth for about two minutes, and said they would probably have to pull all of her teeth out!!!!!!!!!!!! I panicked. I almost started crying. No talk of crowns, or flouride. They didnt even clean her teeth. My appointment was at 10:20am and I was in my car terrified by 10:42. I would tell any mom (or anyother person) to stay away from this place. OHP covers care through them, that is the only reason we went there to begin with.

Went in to have my teeth worked on and repaired, during a "routine" cleaning the nurse penetrated an abcess releasing it into my face. After this happened I returned seeking help they refused to do the necessary root canal to stop it instead now insisisting extraction is the only solution when i returned for help on feb23 2017 when i was inside someone came along and stole my bicycle off the rack directly in front of the office and of course they have no security cameras. I still have yet to even meet the doctor I am asssigned to and have been seen by 2 others instead ,After my next meeting with them i am seeking a new dentist. Hurting me and having my property stolen and then refusing to perform whats needed to help because its easier for them to rip out teeth than fix them is not ok for anyone anywhere or anytime

Between my husband, 3 children, and I, we have visited Dr. Looney 6 times in the past year. Each time he is professional, kind, and very skilled. I have an irrational fear of dental work and he has been so gentle and really talks you through things. I have been to advantage dental in the past (3 years ago) and there was a completely different staff at that time and I did feel as though I was treated poorly because of being on OHP. The hygienists were rude and talked down to you. I have had only positive experience with the new staff. If you do not have insurance they may be able to work with you on payment plans as well. If you havent been in a few years. I recommend checking out the new staff and giving them another try.

Worst dental experience of my life. As a former dental assistant I am never fearful of the dentist, until I went to advantage dental. Before the procedure began, the dentist was physically upset about the amount of "work" needed to repair my tooth and threw instruments on the floor. I was chocking on bleach during a root canal with Dr. Kelly Andrews. I had tears running down my face and neither the dentist or assistant allowed for a pause, a spit and rinse or to even ask if I was ok. Afterwards I called & spoke with a receptionit about this & was not given any information abut a grievance policy or how to file a complaint. Not a word of condolance. Nothing. I am currently shopping around for amother dentist.

This office is completely incompetent. My husband needed two fillings done. One on a root canal tooth. They did the one with the root canal at one appointment because it would be faster than the other tooth, then we had to reschedule the other appointment 3 times due to their mistakes, making it a total of 6 months before he was able to get the other filling done. Out of however many dentists they have, apparently only one can do nitrous even though that seems like a given that the dr should be certified in upon graduation. If you have the misfortune of being assigned this office through OHP, ask to get reassigned.
