This is a little out dated since my procedure was over a year ago, but after being to other clinics I wanted to make sure these guys got the review and appreciation they deserve. The minute I walked into their office they were respectful and welcoming. But what really made the experience great was the Doc, unfortunately I cant remember his name but he seemed early thirties at the oldest. He was the most gentle dentist Ive ever been to. I was having wisdom teeth issues and they needed out ASAP. He listened to me and was patient and understanding. Within half an hour I was in and out with three wisdom teeth gone. I was amazed at how quick and painless the procedure was. On top of that, when I got my bill, they were willing to do payments. Even more, three wisdom teeth were cheaper than other doctors had told me just 1 wisdom tooth would be. Overall happy and wish I was closer to use this clinic more often.

I found the dental staff to be competent, friendly, and sanitary. However, I have had the WORST experiences with the receptionist. She is rude, demeaning, and does not belong in a position of any power over other people, as she abuses it with impunity. They REALLY need to replace her with someone who actually does the job and appears professional instead of presenting an air of irritation at having her obviously personal conversation interrupted by a person who had the audacity to have an appointment! I called them and was transferred to their office while I was standing outside on my cell phone. I watched this lazy woman IGNORE the phone, because she was chatting with someone. She looked SO irritated at the ringing phone! This would be a 5 star clinic, but for that woman.

Sincere thanks to the team at Advantage Dental in Newport. Thanks for squeezing me in your schedule and seeing me first through your emergency room. I had no idea there was a dental emergency room in Newport. Your staff were great! Also, thank you for putting together a payment plan that works for me and my family. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. Steph at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Doc was polite, funny, and as gentle as you can be doing a root canal. Your post procedure care is greatly appreciated too.

Horrible do not recomend!!! Multiple times we called them (during business hrs) left voice mails and never got called back! In the situation after a surgury we had complications at home (emergency ones) and they were to call with in a hour... it took almost 3 hrs to get called back and we were told the dr was to call us with in a hour we never got called by the dr. Absolutely ridiculous! Not only this but certain receptionists put people on hold for over 20 mins and the dentist Tec was completely rude.

Nurse was kind, dentist was matter of fact, and efficient. There was this nurse singing along with the radio that sounded like an angel. Dentists are one of my biggest fears, but the feel here was positive. I will be returning to this clinic. Thank you, Advantage. And to the singing nurse...keep singing, girl! Your voice was a beautiful distraction to what would normally have been an anxiety filled wait in that chair. :)

For someone in pain and has been in pain. They wanted me to wait two months to to get one filling when i have 2 bad teeth. On top of it i was told my appointment was at 2 but get there early so they could get me in early. I would have an hour with the Dr. I was there at 1:35 but didnt get in the chair til 2:45 only got xrays and saw the Dentist. 1/2 hr max and no work on my teeth to get me out of pain. Worst service ever.

I had a great experience at Advantage Dental (as great as a dental visit can be)! The staff were wonderful and professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ryan Millet worked on my teeth and did an excellent job, fixing some shoddy work from childhood dentists. My teeth look amazing and feel great. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful and I was impressed by how thorough Dr. Millet was.

This clinic is complete crap. The woman at the desk answers the phone and puts people on hold for 20+ minutes while doing nothing, not transferring calls or trying to help the customer. When my boyfriend was in (he had to wait 2 hours) he watched her do this and chat to a coworker about shoes the whole time, while the customer was on hold. Complete BS. They need to replace their staff.

Last time I was there I had to wait nearly 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time (which had been scheduled months in advance) b/c they were busy trearing "Walk-in" patients. Used to be a great dental clinic, and great staff, when Dr. Floyd was in charge, but ever since the entire staff changed the quality has gone down. Avoid this place, if possible.

My son broke a bracket of his braces and was in terrible pain and the only orthodontist was closed for the day. Desperate we popped into Advantage Dental Clinic. Right when we walked in my son was tended to. Despite him being a dentist the man somehow helped us fix the problem and asked for nothing in return. This sign of care will not be forgotten.

staff is completely unprofessional. Ive called multiple times to get my boyfriends wisdom tooth removed, and they tell me they will call me back, and never get ahold of me. Its be an on going thing for about a month now. Avoid advantage dental if you can.

its no fun, months between visits unable to do emergency work front desk is very rude can never get in if and when care is actually needed forced to wait 2-3 months to get care for a bad tooth in thattime tooth/teeth get worse

So thankful for your emergency care. Thanks to their payment plan my husband was able to save his teeth instead of have them extracted.
