HORRIBLE! I am pregnant and selected this office for my annual check up. The office made me feel comfortable....at first, but then I overheard the dentist talking about how he is not making enough "retail" revenue, and it was all "corporate" revenue, not enough of a "profit". After that I had a bad taste in my mouth about this place. I was then told I have eight cavities, but never got to see it in the x-ray or was told which exact teeth. The dentist seemed he was handling too much at once, and didnt have time to talk to me. He wanted me to come in to have some fillings done (the teeth were never pointed out to me). I then decided I wanted a second opinion, as many people do ESPECIALLY me because I am pregnant. The office I made the second opinion appointment with needed the x-rays, well it is there policy at Marcanos office to charge $25 dollars just to email some x-rays. I called the dental association and they said they can do that but its "ridiculous" especially since it is from doctor to doctor. When I spoke to the receptionist at Marcanos office I was also told it was my fault for being pregnant, thats why they couldnt give me the detailed location of my cavities (EVEN THOUGH I HAD X-RAYS). I would avoid this dentist at all costs. I should have known better when I saw he had a groupon. (I didnt buy it, just saw it when I googled his name).

I have been a patient of Dr. Marcano"s for a year and a half and have had a few procedures done by Dr. Marcano. Dr. Jose Marcano and his staff are simply a "10 out of 10" in service and "PAINLESS" dental work. Greeted at the front desk when you arrive, your made to feel important. With, very little or no waiting time, your greeted by Dr. Marcano"s Dental assistant who is very knowledgeable in dental work and Dr. Marcano"s procedures You"ll be in a comfortable chair while Dr. Marcano"s assistant prepares you and answers any questions you may have. Then Dr. Marcano himself will greet you, placing you at ease Dr. Marcano applies the needed "NOVACAINE" to make your procedure virtually "PAINLESS", Dr. Marcano is gentle and caring with all procedures making you feel as though you are the only patient. Dr. Marcano use the best equipment and latest techniques and procedures go quick and efficiently. Once Dr. Marcano is done his assistant will provide after care instructions, then the front desk will handle any dental plan you have, "EASY" payments, appointments and any further questions you may have, all in a friendly, caring atmosphere. Vist Dr. Jose Marcano and see for yourself that you will like going to the dentist.

I went to Dr. Marcano for a teeth whitening session. While I was there I made an appointment for a yearly check up and cleaning. Long story short he cracked my molar. He put a crown over my molar at no cost to me, but I still had pain. So he sent me to a specialist, at my expense! Its been almost 2 years now and Im still having to only chew on one side of my mouth. My molar still gives me pain anytime I try to chew with it. Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome!....I do want to stress that my time and interaction spent with the dental hygienist and other staff was great!

The front desk staff are the rudest and most unprofessional Medical staff I have encountered. I was in the waiting on my daughter a couple weeks ago and could over hear the catty gossip about the patients while I was sitting in the waiting room. It was awful. I had been coming here for years and missed an appointment due to a miscommunication and was told I would be charged $75 cancelation fee for not canceling 72 hours in advance???!!! Seriously? Because we can plan all things that come up 72 hours in advance.. Unreal

Dr. Marcano did a great job. I needed two teeth removed an emergency root canal through my crown. Dr. Marcano removed the two teeth and then went out of his way to get me seen by an endodontist immediately. I recommend Dr. Marcano and his staff 100%. Melissa was wonderful and addressed my problems immediately. If you need a dentist please do not hesitate and give their office a call. Thank you Dr. Marcano and your staff for the great experience.

I have been going to see Dr. Marcano and his staff since 2006. He always has specials for dental cleanings and x-rays, as well as cosmetic deals. He has a top notch staff and it is a comfortable experience, with TVs above your head while you are getting a cleaning. It really takes the awkward silence out of dentistry. Highly recommended for anyone who likes a better dental experience.

Top of the line equipment, video screen, and Dr Marcano is sharp! Patient for almost 5 years. Cleanings, cosmetic fillings, and implant consultant are services I have used. Has early appts, even 730 am. Best pricing on ZOOM in all of o-town too! Also he has nitrous if you hate mouth shots like me. Hahaha
