The person who answered the phone did not introduce herself or the name of the business. I simply wanted to schedule a cleaning appointment, but I was put on hold for over a minute without notice. She exhibited no enthusiasm for a new patient. I changed my mind in mid-conversation and declined the services. Needs training in customer service.

Very few people love going to the dentist. But I can honestly say that I love going to Dr. Dryer. She is an amazing dentist and a genuinely good person. They make you feel comfortable and its evident they care about their patients. In an industry where you often feel like a number, the world class service they offer here is a rarity!
