The review excludes the pediatric department. All other areas within this clinic is absolutely terrible. These people are not passionate about helping all people just the ones they feel matter. I have scoliosis and chronic muscle pain that prevent me from working. The doctors are incompetent when it comes to filling out forms for Disability insurance and FMLA. Also, more importantly they put anything in your medical file and office visit notes. If you know how important your medical file is then you know thats critical for Disability claims. To sum it up, a Doctor within Internal medicine wrote multiple lies in my file resulting in me getting denied on my disability claim. He failed to specify my true diagnoses. He put that I had Down syndrome and that I came to appointments so he can help me read paper work said I was asking for narcotics which all was outrageous lies that he claim to had been a mistake because of his accent and he never proof read his notes. Based on theyre lack of care and unprofessionalism I had to appeal a claim that should have been approved initially had the doctor filled my forms out right and gave accurate information in my file. These people will try to sabotage you on top of the pain your living with. Last thing a person with chronic pain want to do is deal with insurance companys to fight for money there entitled to after dedicating so many years on the job on top of that the doctor who is treating u fails to complete forms and specify my condition. Its has affected my life since Ive been waiting on the appeal for two months! I urge anyone whose dealing with a similar situation stay away from this place, find a doctor thats passionate about healthcare, find a doctor who listen to you and more importantly check your medical record often. Thats all, I hope this helps someone!!!

I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE CARE I GET AT THIS CLINIC. I AM TREATED DIFFERENT LATELY AND I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS. I WENT TO E.R.AND IM SUPPOSED TO HAVE A FOLLOW UP VISIT..MY DR.DENIED ME THIS TODAY..THE NURSE CALLED ME AND SAID..THAT HES CLAIMS..HE CANT HELP ME.. SO I WILL SEE A SpECIALiST IN THREE WEEKS.MAYBE I WILL DIE FROM NOT EATING OR DRINKING BY THEN WITH THIS ULCER. I NEVER GET MY MEDS TRIAGED.. EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING.AND I AM ALWAYS MISREAD AS IF THESE SYMPTOM ARE IN MY HEAD. I am NOT DEPRESSED..ITS ACUTE ILLneSS. JUST BECAUSE I HAVE A MENTAL BRAIN ILLNESS..DOESNT MEAN I AM NOT ACUTELY SICK. I HAVE BEEN REFUSED MY VITAMIN D.. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS DR. I AM HURT HE REFUSES TO SEE ME TOMORROW. AWFUL..nothing like A BLEEDING STOMACH.. AND NO DR WHO CARES.

I have had a primary doctor for only three years, but things went well most of the time. Diagnosiss were wrong sometimes ( you get that anywhere.) The problem today was I needed to get my meds increased and need them now and I did not make it through the nurses attitude problem. The questions got hard as she appeared to question my answers. they are my answer its my health. She started the process off by being frustrated I asked what my weight was. She questioned me why I wanted to know? Ummm huh? anyways after 2 minutes of her asking me questions and then not liking or questioning my answers with frustration or perturbed attitude I left. I need meds and I am now without a primary doctor. To me they put me in a very sticky situation.

Was referred here by my primary care physician due to a few occassions of having hives after meals. The MD was very polite, but did not have any idea what might be causing the issue, which I was suspecting would be the case. Regardless, a number of unnecessary tests were ordered (including one for a tick borne illness that is only found down south), which piled up my bill. Not to mention, charging me $450 for the 45 minutes I spent there...most of which I just sat in the room waiting for the physician. As a healthcare worker myself, I am absolutely appalled by the unnecessary services that were ordered/charged and the cost that they are charging for these visits. I completely understand why people skip their physician appointments.

I love Riverway Clinic, Anoka. I am very pleased with my Internal Medicine Physician, Dr. Hasan/ I feel hes an investigation Dr. ,and hes observant, and consistent, thorough.,and I trust him The Nurse is,never wanting to Triage my medications tho, She,says I need a separate appointment for this..sadly she is,WRONG. I love the atmosphere, the reception staff is very kind.. lab and Xray is nice too. Its hot in that building some days. Its uncomfortable. I am pretty confident in this,Clinic.. I love that IRS open on weekends for Urgent Care.. very fast in &out then.

After having a GI crisis at Mercy Hospital ER on Friday afternoon (6-9-17), then released after two hours of testing, I was advised by the hospital to find a GI Doc in my area and to schedule an appt. ASAP! The Mercy Hospital case worker was also making calls on my behalf. So on 6-12-17 @ 12:45pm) I called the HP River Way Clinic with MANY available GI Docs, the scheduling gal was so completely rude & unhelpful I had to hang up on her!! She was combative, It was appalling! I wouldnt go to this clinic if you paid me!

I have been a HealthPartners patient for 46 years and in general am very satisfied. However, as it was today I had a young x-ray technician who thinks it is fine to call me cute names like "Hon." This is extremely condescending. She knows my name from the chart. This is an issue found with the generation under baby boomers. It is RUDE! Such behavior must be eradicated.

I love our pediatrician, Dr Keplinger. Shes amazing! The only gripe i have is the check in process. Every time i come in i have to stand in a large line for 10-15 mins just to check in. They usually have 2 stations open out of 5. Its ridiculous!

I think they need to be opened on the weekends. Because I know that I work two jobs and Sunday is the only day I can usually come in now. So it really sucks that you have to wait.
