Poor experience and time wasted! What a joke of a dental office, amateurs. Called my insurance and they said this place is covered. I called them and had scheduled my appointment, they asked that I bring my own images. I filled out so much paperwork only to be told after seeing the "dentist" (man who poked around for exactly one minute) that only one of my wisdom teeth needed to be taken out and my insurance doesnt cover more than a quarter of the costs. Davis was the dentist and not sure why he would say only one was at risk, what a load of bull! Both sides had gotten infected from flossing...not just one but you would think he would have asked that. I was surprised and disappointed with the time I had spent waiting for my appt, a poor consultation and very poor lack of understanding from this business. Literally while I was waiting for them to tell me that my insurance wouldnt cover the "dentist" was already in a surgery and neither him nor his assistant were able to talk to me. Im truthfully glad to get a second opinion elsewhere because I did not like this place or the dentist at all. Oh and after I filled out all that paperwork they still asked me several of the same questions in the chair to type into their data computer. Lots of repeated questions, love to waste your time and good for nothing place!

Theres really nothing like the embarrassment of chipping your front tooth on a beer bottle and having to explain to people why theres a hole in your mouth. Luckily, that didnt last long as The Dental Specialists were able to fit me in quickly and my tooth was fixed within a week! It looks so great, I cant even tell that it isnt my original tooth. Thank you to my doctor and your entire staff for your quick, courteous and professional service! I hope Im not in the market for a similar procedure anytime soon, but if I am, I would absolutely go back to them.

knowledgable and friendly service. My issue is that they stated that they will not help the patient figure out what is covered by insurance and what is not. They say it is because they want to do whats best for the patient. As someone who has a lower income with middle of the road dental insurance, this just means they will not take the time to factor in what is covered and what is not. End of the day, they would not take the time to make sure certain procedures were covered, and I ended up with a substantial bill that I did not anticipate.

I had my first experience with this facility last week. My first ever root canal with doctors and staff that were absolutely fabulous! The procedure was quicker than I expected and relatively pain free. (I was expecting worse based on stories from friends). I took the pain medication as instructed and had no additional pain since the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Loyal to anyone needing this type of work done. Expecially those with some anxiety. This was easy peazy!

I got my wisdom teeth out this morning and they were great! I was put to sleep and didnt even feel a thing, they gave very specific instructions to care for my teeth post surgery. They were very attentive and helped me keep calm. Love the staff here! Also they did a great job before, during and after the surgery! They made it as comfortable as oral surgery could be!

Had an appointment scheduled for 11:10 am. Ended up walking out 45 minites later eithout ever having seen the dentist. Basicaly had to choose between wasting another hour in their waiting room or going to work. Do not recommend this place at all!
