We have worked with Dr. Levi Cerminara, Dr. James Schulz, and Dr. Allison Poscavage in regards to our cats. I must say that they have all been great! The Drs. are very compassionate, caring, professional. They have taken us in on a moments notice, to the point where I have been sitting on their doorstep waiting for them to open in an emergency situation, and they took the time to fit us in! That means alot and is very good customer service. I dont think we could ask for better. Dr. Cerminara has returned all my phone calls, in a timely manner and has taken the time to call me on his own, inquiring about the condition of my animals. Very Impressive! I have had good experiences with Laura, Beth, Melissa, Tish and Christy, at the desk. And the vet techs have been great! Very caring. This is not to say that I havent had bad experiences. I had one bad experience in 2001. My cat had a seizure and had to be put down, because it became paralyzed. I ran her up and they asked me if I had a appointment. I thought that was terribly, inappropriate. Especially, since they knew her condition and have been treating her. And also, with one of the girls at the desk, [we wont mention names], but they know who they are. And it was with none mentioned above. She needs to work on customer service and alittle more friendlier, and do the things she promises to do. But, the Drs. have been exceptional. Dr. Levi Cerminara is the WORST vet I have ever dealt with. I am sure the ladies at the desk, or maybe the local 1st graders, could have handled him better. We went with my dog presenting diarrhoea and vomiting, and he never got within 5 foot of my dog. Did not take a temperature, did not check for bowel obstruction, did not look at anything. The dog had a muzzle on (110lb GSD, fear aggressive), was leashed and under control. He did however rack up a $170 bill for some guesses. He was physically shaking he was so afraid of this dog, and my dog was reacting to him. Leave this guy to treating cats, and little ones at that.

I have been coming to Five Points for almost 13 years now. All of the doctors have been well with the exception of one. But Dr. Boswell...well he is truly an Angel. He has brought my Dommie back from the clutches of death in as little as 24 hours. The staff is excellent and Dr. Levi is also a great doctor as well. I would and do recommend Five Points to all of my Friends and Family. it may be a little costly at times but because of Five Points, my German Shepherd is almost 13 years old and my 4 yrs old cat is still alive.

Great staff, always welcoming and friendly. Very reasonable pricing as well. My dog is always happy coming and going, the doctors and techs love him! I have tried other veterinary clinics and Ill never go anywhere else. Appointments are easy to get, you are in and out and the vet will always spend time to go over everything thoroughly with you. I am never disappointed when I leave here. Probably most importantly, my dog is never anxious or stressed out when the techs and docs are working with him. He loves it here!

The staff here is always friendly and I never have to wait long. My 1 year old dog has visited with three of their doctors, now and all are knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Many years ago, I had two pugs who were misdiagnosed by other veterinarians for 2 months, which felt like a lifetime. When I finally tried Five Points, the doctors there knew, (almost immediately) the proper diagnosis and recovery began. I highly recommend this clinic!

Ive been taking my dogs here for 12 years. Dr Faulkner saved my Lhasa Apsos life. I also own a senior Siberian husky who is currently being treated by Dr Levi. All the vets are caring and the vet techs are some of the nicest people youll ever meet. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. They have great hours for us working people. The office is super clean and of course pet friendly! Thanks again for all your help over the years!

Very pleased with the staff and services here. Your hours are great and your staff is very friendly. I feel confident with my animals care here. When my Chloe was progressing with Degenerative Myelopothy, Dr. Bell was very caring and knowledgeable about the disease and helped with her care going above and beyond. Since her passing, I have stayed and have had my other pets treated here with the other vets- always very caring and helpful.

These guys are great. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and seem to absolutely love my German Shepherd. Ive been seeing them since she was 3 months old and have never considered going anywhere else, even though its kind of a drive for me. Theres also never been any issue getting short-notice appointments, even same-day when Ive needed it. Altogether, Five Points is as good as it gets.

The Five Points Veterinary Clinic staff is exalent with your pet. Treat them as if its there own. We had to put our dog down & it was like we were family. Such class. This place has been great to us. My dog was attacked by another dog and I called them totally hyterical and they got us in right away and were so kind and compasitionate about the whole thing. They also have great hours and are very flexible and helpful when you need to move and an appointment around. You can tell everyone who works here really loves animals, its touching!

Dr. Bell and his team are world class to say the least. The vet we saw was kind, compassionate, and patient with my dog, Ruger. She was very knowledgeable and informative. The technicians were kind and caring as well. We have taken our pups to multiple Vets in the area, and Dr. Bell and his staff are head and shoulders above the rest for them!

Came in for a emergency for my pup. Was nervous about coming here, always been a fan of Pgh Vet Specialty & Emergency Care. Had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Bell. Totally impressed, top notch DVM, I am a professional sales person, and can read people instantly, Dr. Bell is a pro, hands down spectacular!!! Would recommend 100%!!!

They take the time to help you understand things. Also they are all very friendly and welcoming. They talked to me about things I can be doing to help my dog cici until she gets her ACL surgery. They do care and you can tell they all love their job and passion for animals. Love this place!
