We made an appointment for 8:30pm and arrived at 8:25pm. At the time there were only another 2-3 people with their pets in the office. We filled out new patient paperwork with a little confusion due to unclear instructions which ended up causing some confusion about why we were there for which dog. I had gotten my pets information and records faxed over earlier in the day. When stated to the receptionist, she said she hadnt checked the fax yet (even though they were open for at least 3 hours already). After waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes a vet tech comes out with a scale that is just big enough for our large dog to get on. We are then taken into the room and the confusion still occurs as they are ready to vaccinate our dog with the wrong medicine. After 30 minutes in the room and an hour past our appointment time we decided to leave. The vet techs were just standing outside the door chatting and didnt even come in to say that the vet would be with us soon or that there was any sort of issue. In addition to the poor service. The place was filthy. Instead of a stainless steel operating table, they had a tall dining room table set that had 4 dining room stools tucked below and a nasty gripper mat for a small animal placed on top. They had old honey bottles cleaned out and used for a squirt bottle, instead of a proper spray bottle. I would not trust this disorganized nasty vet to do anything to my dogs. We walked out after waiting a full hour past our appointment and not seeing the doctor at all. We felt it was the safest thing for our dog to not be seen by that vet. Very unprofessional place.

Dr. Butler is one of those rare wonderful human beings that is not only very smart and professional but completely real about love for animals and compassion for their owners needs and emotions. Very patient, gentle, kind and intelligent but explains things so we understand. Her bedside manner is beyond reproach. It isnt easy being this wonderful and helping everyone. Go in and try to be patient. Bring a book or something to read and dont have high expectations of getting in and out. Just dont. She takes the time necessary with each person. I am a new patient to this office. But the first time I ever met Dr. Butler was at a different office in the middle of the night when my dog was suffering with pancreatitis. If not for her compassion he would have died. She let me come in any time during the night every night he was in intensive care. Despite another Doctors objections. With the understanding if they had an emergency I had to leave or wait until it was safe to be there. She was wonderful then and is the same kind compassionate person who "gets it" 18 years later. I am so glad I found her again. She is a keeper.

Theyre Ok. Ive never been for a serious problem, so I cant comment on that side of things, but for the lesser concerns, they could be better. The Dr is nice enough, but didnt even touch my dog last time in there, just a quick glance. I prefer a Dr to be more thorough. Cheaper than most vets, hours are convenient, but youll sit there for hours waiting. The 2 or 3 times Ive gone here, theyre quick enough to call you to a room, but Ive waited no less than 45 min each time for the Dr to get around to seeing us, and with every visit, Im only seen/get to leave because I get sick and tired of waiting and question it If youve got time to kill, come here. But if you dont have several hours to waste, pay a little extra and go elsewhere.

Dr. Butler performed orthopedic surgery on my A.P.B.T., Rebel, who had a grave foot deformity due to a hog-hunting incident. She arduously worked on his foot for two days and was so very patient and loving with Rebel. He suffers from anxiety and does not respond well to strangers, so I was a bit hesitant. Dr. Butler had the magic touch, played music for his recovery and was able to keep him calm and steady. Rebels quality of life has improved thanks to her. The procedure was long and hard, but she and Rebel came out triumphant. I thank her and will continue to use her veterinary services for both my dogs. I highly recommend Dr. Butler for all creatures large and small. Her staff is also very caring and patient.

Dr. Butler and her staff are top notch! Not only do they deal with the issue at hand, they also treat the whole animal. Elle our dog had a big cyst growing on the outside of her fur. Not only did she remove it with alternative care since Elle was considered high risk due to heart issues, she also moved approx 6 other growths for free. We went to 3 other clinics in the area, Eau Gallie Vet was one of them. Not only did they all decline to help our Boxer, their fee was twice as much! Dr. Butler cares from within and has a natural instinct with animals. We love her and her staff!!! Even the distance to get there is well worth it. Ark and Bark is our new vet home for all our furry kids! Our deepest thanks!!

Dr. Butler, Marianne, Brad and the staff are so caring, compassionate, considerate and personal with each and every patient and owners that enter their office. I have been taking my 8.5 yr. old Lovebird, "Kiwi" there for four years now. They work after hours to accommodate the needs of the owners as well as the pets. Please be Patient and Understanding! If a true Emergency enters then it will be attended to ahead of the non-urgent care patients. When it is your turn you will be glad you were patient because you will be greeted and your pet cared for as if you were the only appointment there! Also for all of the Bird Owners... Dr. Butler is Very Knowledgeable on Avian Care. Most Vets Arent.

Dr.Butler and her staff are amazing. My dog had kidney stones, she met me on several occasions with emergency visits, 2-3 times. I have never in my life met a Vet that has so much compassion for animals and a heart of gold. This woman does her job for the love of the animal not the money. I would recommend her to everyone I meet who has pets. Her and her staff Maryann, Brian and the others were always so helpful through this whole nightmare. Her hours are the best and her rate is very reasonable. When it comes to my pets which is my family I know right where to go without a shadow of a doubt. I am so grateful that she is local and always there for my furry family. Donna D. Palm Bay

I called on Friday and didnt get a call back until Monday. They said they had some emergencies come in so ok thats reasonable. So I schedule for this evening and arrive on time. I stood in line behind two other people for 20 minutes! Nobody even acknowledged I was there! After finally getting checked in we were put in a room where we waited another 40 minutes and nobody had come in! I dont even know what the dr looked like! Everyone was very unfriendly, it was dirty, and everyone seemed so disorganized. They really need to get it together!! I will stick with my usual vet Malabar Country Vet where I always get great care for my animals.
