I have been seeing Daniel Kaspari for several years, and I really enjoyed his services, up until this year, my boyfriend went to him to fill my dogs allergy medication as a Christmas gift to me, they are costly and I cant always afford them, Daniel had informed him that he could only give him 15 pills until after christmas, my boyfriend had then turned around and called Dickman vet, but Dickman needed Kaspari to write a prescription, when my boyfriend asked Daniel for the prescription he refused to give it to him ( which is illegal) , said he was not going to give business to his competitors ( eve though we werent leaving his vet, just needed a prescription filled), due to these pills being a Christmas gift I had no idea this was happening, after arguing with vet he finally gave my boyfriend the prescription.. a couple days later I was informed that I was no longer a client of Kaspari, when I spoke with him on the phone, he was EXTREMLY rude and unprofessional, he was yelling at me, and also lied about what had happened, What is also VERY upsetting is that he gave MY dogs records to someone that was claiming to be my boyfriend, someone that he has never seen or is on my records. my animals are like my children, the professional thing to do would have been to contact me, not Kick someone out of your office, due to someone else actions, especially when you have no knowledge of this. I will NEVER recommend anyone to him again.

Ive taken my cat here a couple times, and I thought I was just being picky about the service here, but after the most recent visit Im very upset. My cat injured his leg so we took him in to get looked at, and the vet said he tore a ligament. He didnt take an X-ray, and he told us he might heal on his own or he might need surgery. He didnt prescribe any painkillers and sent the cat home without any further instruction, all we knew is that we needed to decide whether or not to have surgery. I thought that seemed odd, so I called a couple different places and everyone I spoke with told me the cat should have been given a painkiller, and the vet should have taken an actual X-ray. Apparently these injuries can be serious, and Im shocked that the vet didnt give us anymore information. Im taking him to Pennfield Animal hospital tomorrow.

I called Kaspari Vet to get immediate advice on how to save a hypothermic cat who was completely in shock and on deaths doorstep. Instead of giving any type of recommendations to save this cat, I was told she needed to be brought in and we would have to pay. We were given prices and absolutely no sympathy to the situation. After again asking for any type of help, basically pleading, we were still told no, we must pay for medical advice. We called dickman road vet clinic who IMMEDIATELY gave us all of the advice they could for us to save this cat. The kitten lived after hours and hours of warming her up slowly no thanks to Kaspari Vet. This clinic should be ashamed of their heartless approach to those who only wanted to save the life of a cat.

My first cat came from the Humane Society and he had many health issues -- reoccurring sinus infections, broken teeth that needed to be removed, general hygiene issues, and oh gosh how I loved that cat. Dr. Kaspari took excellent care of him through all of his trials and tribulations; I wish I got that kind of health care from my own doctors! Eight years later, new kitten, and without hesitation we are going back to Kaspari Veterinary Clinic for the health of our new family member. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but any negative review out on this site are very hard to believe. You can tell this man went into this field because he cares about animals. Nuff said.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this clinic. I took my dog in for an ear infection yesterday. Dr. Kaspari was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough- he even clipped my dogs nails himself free of charge! He took us back right away with no wait and even asked if I wanted to come back and see the infection sample in a telescope. My dog tends to be aggressive around male vets, but Doctor Kaspari handled his aggression beautifully with respect and compassion. The price was very reasonable ($64 for everything including medication and exam). I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Kaspari is very great, patient and kind to all his fuzzy patients and their owners. Hes been my primary vet for my pets since I said goodbye to my childhood cat in 2014. Dr. Kaspari is a well educated and patient man who will always help you make the informed and best decision for the fuzzy members of your family. Even with long periods between visits he still remembered us and our fuzzy babies. Great vet with a great office!

Fantastic veterinary clinic and staff. The appointments are always made in a timely manner, staff and veterinarian are friendly. He remembers my animals and even when I see him in the community he makes sure to ask how they all are. I was originally referred to him by a friend and couldnt be happier with the service Ive received there.

We always feel like the health of our dogs are in great care. But, he also understands that they are our pets and wont do anything without a full explanation and understanding. Usually leave thinking that it was less expensive than I thought it would be. We have never had a doctor let alone vet that we like more.

I took my kitten there and they "slipped" the needle that was in her arm! SHE BLED AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN IT! SHE WAYS ONLY ONE POUND!!! 6WEEKS! THEY SHOULDVE KNOWN NOT TO DO THAT!!!
