Dr Millett spent less than 5 minutes with me. He briefly looked at my scalp. He seemed to not take credence in the fact that my endocrinologist had performed bloodwork and found nothing amiss which is why he referred me to a dermatologist. He ordered bloodwork and stated that was the first step in diagnosing a treatment plan and that a scalp biopsy might be needed if the bloodwork was inconclusive. I called Dr Milletts office 1 week later since I had not heard back on the results of the blood work. They returned my call 4 days later and said they couldnt find me in the system! The data in their patient portal regarding my visit contained erroneous data - stating that Dr Millett had gone over possible treatments and had examined lips, eyelids, face, neck -- all of which is wrong. The office left a voicemail 2 weeks minus 1 day after initial visit and simply stated that bloodwork was within normal range - a fact I had already provided to them based on my endocrinologists tests - so there was no need to followup more!! Since my visit, I have been getting numerous emails asking for me to review Dr Millett. The emails stated if I was not pleased, to contact them through the portal ... when I tried to do that via their messaging system, the drop down box for recipients did not include Dr Millett or his staff!!! I wish to find the root cause of my hair loss but I am not convinced Dr Millett has that same desire.

Dr. Millett seems very knowledgeable but his bedside manner is a little off. Hes not rude, but he doesnt maintain eye contact and didnt touch my face. And because he doesnt really look at you, its like did you even see it long enough to diagnose properly?. Maybe my superficial issue was clear as day and so he didnt have to touch my face or stare at it in depth to quickly figure out what was going on. But if I had come for a more serious issue, I would be a little hesitant trusting his judgement because he barely looked my way. And I want to reiterate, it didnt come off as rude or like he didnt have the time of day for me. He comes off as shy/awkward. But his diagnosis and treatment seem to be on point, so I can deal with the awkwardness if it means success. His assistant and the front desk staff were fine as well. And parking is easy. And they work with this mail order pharmacy that works like lightning speed, is cheap, and they deliver to your house! I was very impressed.

My bright red hair has faded to a strawberry blond...and my fair skinned complexion has taken quite a hit..... a history of basel cells...on my nose, lips, and face....yah..not too pretty....enter Dr Millett! As a new patient, I was given an appointment in a very timely way, staff accommodated me in printing off health insurance cards, and I did not have to wait as you do in many medical offices. Dr Millett , listened to me, was kind,encouraging, and very professional. He told me what I was sure was another basel cell was not...but I asked him to biopsy it...doubting his positive opinion. He was right, and thinking about the kind manner in which he handled me...deserves a lot of credit. Skin medication he recommended was very expensive....and his office provided a different pharmacy that reduced the cost 95%....unbelievable! So...whats not to love? I will be seeing Dr. Millett again...(and probably again and again)...

Over a decade later and half dozen dermatologist in the Metro area including Johns Hopkins Dermatology in Baltimore, Md and finally I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Millett. I have been suffering with recurring folliculitis that caused painful bumps on my face and scalp for over 13 years. Dr. Millett didnt push oral antibiotics which I was thankful. Instead he went back to basics with traditional topical acne meds. The results so far are amazing!!! I already returned for a skin cancer screening and feel he will be my one and only dermatologist. Finally a doc that listened to my health history and knew exactly an appropriate form of treatment. Thanks Doctor Millett CB

Dr. Millett rates 5 stars from me. I was able to get in to see him in only one day, to check out a small growth on my head. He saw me with very little waiting time, was knowledgeable in diagnosing my problem, removed the growth skillfully, was thorough in his approach -- found two other problem areas to treat at the same time, and was personable. Plus the office staff was very nice. I will go back!

Dr. Millet is very quick and efficient. He made sure all my questions were answered and didnt make me feel rushed at all. He gave me three choices for my acne and allowed to pick the one I preferred. My prescriptions were sent before I even left the office. Overall it was a great experience.

I used to see Dr. Millett when he was at the Bethesda practice and now willing to spend 90 minutes on Metro to see him in Vienna. Hes very thorough in his explanations, genuinely nice when he interacts with you, and theres no feeling of being rushed during appointments.

I was thankful to be seen right away as I had some pretty bad poison ivy. Dr. Miller barely looked at the poison ivy before prescribing something and almost never looked me in the eye. I was disappointed as Im looking for a good dermatologist. I probably wont be back.

Dr. Millett was friendly, professional, and efficient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I didnt feel rushed at all. And the check-in process as a first time patient was standard, easy. The receptionist was friendly. The office even looks inviting and warm.
