While Dr. Sawchuk was out of the country I called in advance asking for samples of prescription acne cream because Walgreens and CVS both said their suppliers wouldnt have any the benzaclin gel pump until after Aug 11th .... as I arrived staff was finally able to ask the only Dr available in Sawchuks place if they were allowed to give a few tiny sample tubes to prevent a worsening cystic acne break out.... these tiny sample tubes which have been casually given to me by the same staff multiple times over the last 1-2 yrs. Before the staff member at the front desk tried to flag this Dr down in between appointments (he said after lunch, shes with patients now as Im standing there already late to return from my lunch to even get a yes or no) I say: since youre implying she probably wont help me can you please ask her to recommend the best OTC substitute for me? Staff said sure.....drum roll please: madame subbing stand-in practice partner Fridling says I have to wait for Dr. Sawchuk to return before I can get permission for tubes of acne cream for which I have a prescription drawn for, I asked Mr. nurse what her response was about OTC options... staff male nurse: she said nothing, she had no advice. I smirked at Mr nurse and said: "That is because there is no OTC substitute (grinning) ... which is precisely why I asked you to ask her for me."

I have been a patient of Dr Masri-Fridling for over ten years and would not even consider another Dermatologist! She diagnosed several skin cancer spots that other Dermatologists told me were nothing (i had seen three others prior). She is a very thorough examiner and i appreciate this. She is a matter of fact Dr. whose manner i like. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, and have on numerous occasions. If i left the area and were possible i would continue to come here to see her.

She gives helpful advice and answers all questions. She is very energetic and kind. The kind of doctor I tend to appreciate most. The office is busy and she is why.
