Absolutely terrible. This was my second visit and Im not sure why I came back after the first but Im not one to complain and I know that things happen. At my first visit I didnt see the doctor until over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The receptionists were extremely unprofessional, gossiping and talking poorly about another employee rather then helping her out. One of the womens cell phone rang (very loudly) and she answered it sitting there in front of patients. All of which was very off putting but I chucked it up to just being an off day and figured I would plan extra time for my next visit just in case. Needless to say, the medication that the doctor put me on did nothing for my problem so after a few months I made another appointment. When I called I informed the woman on the phone that I had new insurance and she verified that they accepted it and said to be sure to bring the card with me to my visit. However, when I arrived at the office this morning and checked in the woman at the front desk informed me that they are not accepting my insurance at this time and I could either self pay or not be seen. When I asked why I was not informed the only answer she had was that she didnt know. I asked to speak to the office manager who had just about the same response and stated that if they saw me today they would not be paid for the visit. I explained to her that I took off of work to come to this appointment so therefore I am now not getting paid and not getting seen because they did not correctly do there job. On top of it all I am coming back because the medicine the doctor put me on at my last appointment had zero effect. On top of all if this the office is run down, very outdated, and dingy. I will not ever be returning and would not recommend this practice to anyone!

For your own sake.. do NOT USE FAMILY DERMATOLOGY in westminster!! They are TERRIBLE!! I went there in January and they didnt send a bill out until statement of 5/18/16.. 5/25/16 they sent me to collections!!!! I send a payment back right away as I always do and have it written down as 6/14/16.. I received the collections notice on July 5th and of course called right away..then called the doctors office and of course they didnt care and sent me to their billing department.. called the billing department over and over on July 12th until I finally got ahold of someone and they said Oh that was posted yesterday and there is a zero balance. We will send over confirmation... well a week went by and I called again.. nope collections still havent received anything. I called and called again a week later and threw lady was VERY rude and kept taking over me telling me she couldnt do this or that she could just seems an email which collections never received! I ended up having to get ahold of my hsa card company to straighten things out. Also, the office is not very cleanly, the staff is not very professional or friendly, and both my moles look terrible were she scraped them!

This is round two of them screwing me over with bills. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice... Screw you. My appointment was in jun 2015. Didnt see a bill until february 2016. It said that I didnt meet my deductible and so I called my insurance company and they refiled it. April 1 2015 is the date on the new statement. I got it a few days ago. It said final notice from them for a much more reasonable amount and what I expected in the first place. I get a call TODAY saying Im being put in collections for the amount of the first bill I got in february. I WAS LIVID. I did my best to be nice to the lady on the phone and she was the best. She says they get complaints about this office all the time and catch them in double billing all the time. I borderline want to sue them for the emotional turmoil this has put me through. I dont know if its possible, but goshdarnit Id love to.

These reviews ring true for me as well. Very long wait, cramped waiting rooms, dirty office, rusty sink! and very unprofessional staff. I showed up for an appointment and was told the woman that was going to treat me for the scars that the Doctor left on me from a simple procedure, quit. ( good for her!) but was never called. They have NO idea how to treat patients, or how insurance and billing works, so the patient is left with a billing nightmare because of the incompetence or greed, take your pick. Also, have been billed for the last 4 years for a balance I dont owe. Constant harassment and bill collectors. He scarred me badly for just removing some benign moles. Cannot believe this practice is still open. I am shocked that Brooke Bennett is still there. Nice lady but surprised she would continue here and not get another position in a better office.

My husband had a procedure done at this location 11/14. The Dr. had horrible bedside manners. Fast forward to 4/15 I receive a bill for co-pays they did not collect, I paid them. Seven months later I am receiving a statement stating its not paid for (it was paid and I have a copy of the check). You cant get through to the billing office, it goes to a full voicemail, I leave a message. I call the Dr office and they send me to a voicemail with a message that gives me a direct number, they obviously get a lot of calls. After I finally get through to them, they give me a fax number of a disconnected line. BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I will NEVER use this Dr again because not only is the billing dept TERRIBLE, they dont care to help you resolve anything. Save yourself a headache, dont go here.

This is the worst dermatologists office that my wife has ever been to. We recently moved to the area and had to change doctors but the whole process has been a complete nightmare. I work in clinical drug research and some of the excuses that they have given my wife for why her blood test results are unavailable or why they cannot get medical records from her previous dermatologist are ridiculous. Ive never even heard of such excuses unless they are completely incompetent at understanding HIPAA laws and general healthcare provider standards. As soon as we finally get her recent blood work results, we are planning on switching to another dermatologists practice. My advice: dont go here.

This establishment deserves to be dismantled. It doesnt even deserve one star, the office smelled like stale beer and gym socks. The receptionist was extremely rude, and the doctor was a complete imbecile. I would rather bathe in acid than return to this ghetto shanty. Ironically, Dr.Best is the worst doctor I have seen in my entire life. Do not waste your time and money on these dingbats.

The doctors were not child friendly, so we never went back. That was in 2013 and we are just now getting the bill and its Nov 2015. The billing company they use is awful; rude to deal with and keep stringing us along in order to get any answers as to why we are being charged.
