After lots of hassle to get an appointment, I finally met with Dr. Lucey. They have a very nice waiting room and nice patient rooms. Dr. Lucey wrote some prescriptions, told me to call this "special pharmacy" right after my appointment. She said they would mail them to me right away. Several hours later they didnt even have my prescription in their system. I started calling back to her office and to the pharmacy repeatedly, leaving messages, for the next week without any luck. I still dont have my prescriptions. And they still dont have my trust. At my normal pharmacy with other doctors, I can have a prescription ready within an hour after my appointment. Dont bother with this place. They do accept Aetna Insurance, which is what I have. And Im discovering that if a place accepts Aetna, that is typically a sign of inferior quality.

I am so happy I found this place, and especially Dr. Kwon. With her keen eye, she found several skin cancers that my previous dermatologist had missed for years. One of them was melanoma. I have taken both of my kids to Dr. Kwon as well, and she was just as great with them. I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner, I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back, and the front desk staff is always courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Kwon and Dr. Lucy, both very caring and knowledgeable doctors!

Dr. Tamjidis office is everything but accommodating. When I walked in initially, they had forgotten that about my appointment. I showed them my appointment card and was asked to take a seat. After waiting for over an hour, I left, frustrated, and will not be going back. I am annoyed that her staff was unable to help me, and am disappointed in the poor customer service I received. If you have hours and hours of free time and enjoy long periods of doing absolutely nothing, you should definitely visit her office.

I hope my review will serve as alert when you leave this institute after visit, The facility, staff and doctor was simply perfect. But i was left in a situation to pay hundreds of dollars , I was shocked to get a call from collections. It was their issue for having my address wrongly even though my paperwork had right address. I would recommend beware of this situation and dont expect they will help you.

Beautiful new office that is very spacious. Extremely polite front desk staff and medical assistants. The providers are all extremely knowledgable and take their time making you feel like youre their only patient all day. Overall an incredible dermatology practice. I would absolutely recommend.
