I have been getting Botox for the past 10 years and have been to numerous offices throughout the DFW and Houston area. Dr. Hurley came highly recommended to me by a close friend. Let me just say that I will never go to another office again after my experience there! I get injections and fillers at each visit and I have never received so many compliments before. She has a way of making you look extremely natural, as if you have not had anything done before. Her staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional; from check-in all the way to checkout is a seamless process. I recently called and spoke with Amanda, the Patient Care Coordinator and requested a last minute appointment and she followed up with me multiple times until she was able to fit me into their schedule. Dr. Hurley even came in early to accommodate me. I have never received such wonderful treatment like that in any office I have visited. Her nurses Stephanie and Casey are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable on all of their products and procedures. Each time I visit, they listen and take the time to understand what results I am looking to achieve. I have never felt as valued before as a patient; Dr. Hurley even called me herself when she thought that we needed to discuss my visit further to ensure I was happy when I left. All I can say is you will not find another office like this one!!!

This place has gotten exorbitant in fees. I used to pay my copay and that was all. My last visit the dermatologist spent about 5 minutes with me (which was fine I was there for a prescription refill). Then I got a bill months later for an extra $70 after insurance and my copay- charging me $150.00 for what wasnt even a check up- just a prescription refill appointment. I work in a hospital and will just go elsewhere. Several physicians at work recommended dermatologists and this was never one of the ones mentioned anyway. I just went here for convenience.

North Dallas Dermatology Associates is Fantastic! I have suffered severe adult acne for years and they helped me get it under control. Their staff are friendly and the office is beautiful. Dr. Jagwani is smart, kind and has taken the time to address my concerns as well as help me develop strategies for long term skin care. All in all I feel that Dr. Sonya S. Jagwani is the best dermatologist in Dallas (and Ive seen a few!). NDDA Rocks!

Staff and nurses are amazing! I love Dr. Kim she is very thorough and knowledgeable. Furthermore, I like that she is honest about products I ask her about. I have suffered from acne for many years and after seeing her my skin looks amazing. I drive at most 30 minutes just to see her! I cant thank her or her staff enough. Please see her she is amazing, cant say that enough :)

I went in for an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon with Dr. Jagwani. I felt that she gave me her undivided attention, took her time, and provided me with options in improving my skin problem. The staff is very professional and friendly! I will be going back to NDDA for all my skin care needs.

I love Dr. Rubenstein. She know who i am at each of my appointments. She asks questions and listens to my answers. She never trys to sell me anything I havent inquired about. Ive had several moles removed and she was very caring and professional. Her staff is friendly and professional.

The wait here is excruciatingly long today. 45 min. And still waiting. I can hear another patient at the desk telling them how pissed she is having to wait. This is why we booked in the am, so it shouldnt take this long. I never waited this long when I had Wallace, but she moved.

Absolutely love Dr. Jagwani and her assistant Kristen. They treat you like family, and they really care about their patients! I couldn’t ask for a better dermatologist or assistant! I drive an hour and half because they are THAT good! I recommend them both!

I wont recommend it. The staff and aestheticians are rude and inconsiderate. Theyre always late but need you to be on time. Whoever answers the phone has no right doing so, very rude and impatient. You can get better quality and service elsewhere.
