The office clerks are unpleasant. They didnt sound happy when I scheduled the appointment and they didnt look happy or enthused when I showed up for my appt. My physician spent a huge time trying to sell me rather than diagnose or come up with some type of preventative medicine. Did not ask me any of my habits or try to discover why I was having a allergic reaction on my face. Instead, I was proscribed a extremely expensive cream I couldnt even get from my local pharmacist. It also just so happens that with this cream I also have to buy an expensive sunblock to protect my face which happens to be one of the products you can buy in office. I dont know if this is dermatologist culture but there should be some ethics or lines drawn between helping a patient or selling to a client. Something just did not feel right about my visit. Last but not least, I called to cancel my follow up appt. The clerk asked for my name, birthdate, and then told someone else "please cancel ms. *******" and just hung up. No "thank you for calling or why are you canceling or even just a have nice day"... poor office environment.

Ive come here for years an have never had a bad experience. Yes, sometimes you have to wait some time, but that seems to be the trend amongst most doctors offices. Ive been seen by Dr. Shah and Dr. Davis, and I cant say enough wonderful things about both. They both really care about their patients, and they actually listen to all the silly questions I have. Dr. Davis single handedly cured my acne that Ive had forEVER! The staff seems to remember me and always greet me and ask about my family. I feel very comfortable coming here, and Ill continue to come here for my skin problems!

Canceled my 1/4 appointment on 12/31, responded to email that was sent to me because office was closed for holidays. Got a letter that I missed my appointment and wrote back to them that it was canceled on 12/31. I then got a invoice on 1/29 for $35 for missing the appointment. I would be very careful about this office with billing and appointments. On my previous appointment, the Dr I had used before wasnt there and they just gave me a different doctor without asking or telling me ahead of time. I would not recommend this doctor office.

I wish I had read Adam Gottliebs post. I called to say that I was running late and they told me ok. I then called back to say that I was on my way and they told me that I had to reschedule. No one ever mentioned a 24 hr cancellation notice or that I would still be charged for them rescheduling my appointment. The "bill collector" who called me today had the nerve to argue with me about what I said or did not say.
