After having pains in my back, I went to an ER. But it took 3 visits for them to find I had shingles and this was after I broke out with bumps. They gave me medicine prescriptions and a week later I tried to go to my regular dermatologist and this was at Christmas time. He was out of town and was booked up so they gave me two clinic numbers. I called Bellaire and was given Dr. Ibraham. I did not wait long to see her. She changed my pain medicine to one for nerves and a antibotic ointment to put on my sores. I have several of these. I called back a week later and asked for more sauve and the clerk argued with me that I would be charged more money as I had to wait 9 months before reordering. She said she had to pass on my request to Dr. Ibraham. I never heard from them. A week later I called again and asked to speak to Dr. Ibraham. I asked for the sauve and also I was running out of the nerve med. I never heard from them. Then I got my regular dermatologist to work me in - he is usually booked up for months ahead. He prescribed more of the nerve med for me as I was nearly out of it. Somewhere in there I think I had another call before seeing my regular dr. This past Saturday I had a call from someone at Bellaire. I could not understand the name! She said she would call back She hasnt! I have never had such bad behaviour from a doctor. It was like a nightmare. Then today I get a call from Walgreens that my prescription is ready! I call to see what it is and its the nerve medicine and suave. Dr. braham never talked to me so she didnt get to hear that I got in with my regular dermatologist. I guess I should have tried to shorten this but I wasnt sure how to do that. Needless to say I would not return to this doctor.

Ive come to this office twice now and the office staff is TERRIBLE. When you walk in the door the receptionists dont pay any attention to you. Instead they continue scrolling down their Instagram feeds that they are poorly hiding behind their computers. Once you sit down, expect to wait a very long time to be called into an exam room and expect to wait even longer to see your doctor. The only redeeming factor to this office is the doctors that see yo - they seem to be half way decent. When youve finally finished seeing the doctor, prepare to wait in a massive line to check out. Maybe theyll decide to renovate their ways of working as they finish their office renovations. Otherwise, dont spend your time or money here.

For someone with multiple skin issues, Dr Teller and his staff (Bobbie, Mel, Delana, Sonia) have delivered excellent results through proper guidance on better skincare regimens, medications (mostly topical) and procedures in a quick timeframe. The staff at Bellaire Dermatology is professional, friendly and accomodating to find an appointment asap for those "Derm emergencies". They treat you like family and you will be in a very comfortable environment. It takes a lot to trust someone with your face as well as skin cancer...this team has earned my trust whether its medical or cosmetic. Thank you!

Made an appointment as a new patient. I was interested in getting a checkup as I have never been to a dermatologist before. I was called back to my examination room within 5 minutes of filling out the new patient paperwork. The assistant asked me a few questions and I changed into a paper gown. As soon as I changed to the doctor came into the room and started the examination The assistant and the doctor were both nice. I was finished within 1 hour of my appointment time. I thought everyone did a good job there.

I absolutely love Dr. Teller and his entire staff. They are incredibly friendly and his work is fantastic. From curing psoriasis to ridding me of wrinkles with Botox, I trust him explicitly. He is an artist and a physician rolled into one. He studies extensively and consults with leading physician experts from around the world. And....he is a product of the public school system in Houston, Texas. I love supporting a very talented Houstonian!! Thank you, Dr. Teller for all of your time and talent.

Extremely disappointed. I have been coming back to this place for years because its so close to my house but they unfortunately are NEVER on time. I wait 30 minutes past my appointment time on a good day. Today I waited an hour-they called me back then I waited another 20 minutes for the doctor. Then she rushed me through my appointment. I would not recommend this place unless you dont mind waiting and you dont have anywhere else to be the rest of your day.

I have been using BDA for several years and have always been pleased with the service from the staff as well as the doctors. Dr. Mullinax who is no longer there did the most complete skin screen test I have ever had. Dr. Chilukuri is an excellent surgeon. Sonia, one of the aestheticians does an excellent job with facials and recommends other services as needed. Yes, I recommend these dermatologist. I trust no one else.

Great Place! Plenty of staff. But the temperature of the office makes any time in here unbearable and uncomfortable. I have pants and a three quarter sleeve ahirt on, but I need a snowsuit. It is freezing in here and the staff agree. If you are seeing patients and wanting them to bare some skin they may want to consider lating off the AC. Today is a cold one in Houston, but its colder inside. Im from NY, I KNOW cold.

My first experience as a patient here. Fairly nice atmosphere. I was a little put off when I found that the first visit would not be with a doc, but a doctors assistant. I was very surprised. The lady that saw me was very knowledgeable --- so much that she gave me information the last dermatologists I have seen never mentioned. PURE Professionalism.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Dr. Howard Gerber, M.D. did not shake my hand or look me in the eye the entire time of my visit. (Which was very short). Dr. Gerber, proscribed me with (Expensive Medication) that seems to have ZERO affect on my psoriasis. Overall it was poor service and I feel I could have gotten better care from another physician.

Dr. Papasacelariou is probably the most attentive dermatologist I have ever had. I have Eczema Atopic Dermatitis. Within 3 months my skin is actually soft and 90% clear/flare free. I look forward to continuing our collaboration. I have referred a number of friends, family, and colleagues.

Such an amazing first experience at BDA. I was in and out within an hour and even had to be numbed up to have a mole removed. Everyone was friendly and helpful to all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this facility for cosmetic and health needs.

First visit today as a new patient. I arrived early (no traffic today) and they took me in early. Dr. Gerber was professional, friendly, and fast. He biopsied a large spot on my face, and I await biopsy results, but I feel confident Im in great hands.
