Love this office! I agree it is difficult to get through, but I found making an appointment request online through their website is quicker for them getting back to you. Dr. Garman was so informative and went over all of my options for treatment, but the one thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to helping their patients. My insurance company doesnt cover some of my prescriptions and I was looking at paying nearly $1,200 out of pocket for one item. I explained the situation to Ashley, their pharmacy coordinator, and she worked with my insurance company to find a way to lower the cost. She was so wonderful and helpful throughout our many phone calls. Office staff is also very friendly and helpful. Theyve got a patient for life.

I WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW THAT DR. LAWRENCE JOSEPH IS SUCH A WONDERFUL DR. I HAVE BEEN SEEING HIM, FOR A LONG TIME, FOR MY SKIN PROBLEMS, RELATED TO MY LUPUS. The doctors are great at what they do .But cant get an appointment set up or get a call back o make an appointment .I requested an online appointment and yet confirmed my appointment to be sure my time was availed and I did that 3 wks ago since then I been calling to the office with no answer send me to a voice mail or I can keep holding for who knows how long too much crap just to see the doctors .

I hope some of the other Dr.s show more concern and are more informative than Dr. Garman. She acted as if she was in a hurry from the moment she stepped in the room. I go to the Dr. so rarely...I was really wanted some information and advice on aging gracefully. "Wear sunscreen" were here only words of wisdom. I will be checking out different Dr.s the next time I need Medical attention.

The receptionist was rude . I asked have I been signed in ? And she states I havent gotten to you yet, theres people Ahead of you. what better you could say is "not yet but in just a few " This is the last time I will ever come . Theres better places else where I can take my services and it wont be here . Be ware of the ladies who work here Bc they can be rude !!!!!

Piss poor staff. I couldnt make it out of work so I called to reschedule and they asked for a credit card. I ask why and they say its my second cancellation...since January 2015. So I get 1 reschedule per life time for free and the seconds gonna cost me right? Ridiculous...

Dr. Lopez is the best! My appointments are always made ahead of time and I never have to wait that long on the phone. No complaints. All the ladies that work there are so friendly!!
