Just called to reschedule an appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Rupp for a number of years and just love him and his nurses! However, the woman who answered my call today seemed to be having a bad day! She seemed annoyed with any question I asked. Not very good customer service skills! Either the workplace is not conducive to good morale or she was just having a bad day, which should not be taken out on patients if thats the case! Shape up or you will lose patients!

Unlike the previous comment, I had an great experience. I was running late and called to let them know and the receptionist was very kind and understanding. I had all my skin and moles checked and felt very comfortable. Everyone was upbeat and seemed happy. Will definitely go back next year.

Great staff but horrible telephone system. Tried calling several times to reschedule my appointment due to the weather. System was horrible and frustrated me to the point where my skin broke out in rashes.
