LOVE my eyebrows. There is nothing better than not having to mess with pencils, powders, fixatives - every morning - only to have them melting, sliding or peeling off by the end of the day. The process was great - Marcia really takes the time with you to get the design right, and YOU will love it. Its not about what she thinks you should have, or a cookie-cutter stencil - she has a great sense of what does or doesnt work on your face shape, but you are part of the process every step of the way, and she lets you know what is happening and what to expect. I was very nervous when I was contemplating the whole process, but looking back, it was wasted energy. Ive never had a tattoo of ANY kind before (and omgosh, Im putting one on my face?!) but this really was a breeze and I wish Id done it sooner. Any discomfort is very minimal, and afterwards, it felt like Id had a bit of a sunburn - that only lasted a couple hours. Its important to follow ALL the instructions for after-care, which isnt hard. The best part - they look so natural, nobody even noticed. A couple people thought something was different (haircut?) but until I actually said, "I got my eyebrows done, permanently!" they just thought I looked nice! The craziest part was the first week - waking up and seeing -EYEBROWS!- in the bathroom mirror! Now Im totally used to them and I couldnt be happier. Best beauty investment, ever!

I learned about Marcia through a simple internet search. Making a decision as important as PERMANENT makeup with only the internet information is scary! I had my eyeliner done many years ago and was ready for an update. So I took the plunge and went with Marcia ... and I am very glad I did! Great job artistically, very little discomfort (really ... this is true) and only one day later people were amazed to learn that this was done only one day earlier. I was so pleased with my eyes that I had lip blush done about 6 weeks later and I absolutely love it. Ive never been one much for the maintenance of makeup, but this is perfect ... just a splash of mascara and I am ready! For those worried about the pain - dont be. It is not 100% painless, but I also would not use the word pain in my description ... maybe "a little discomfort now and then", but thats it. And I know firsthand just how painful it CAN be from my experience many years ago. Marcia had come up with a great process for managing the discomfort, so dont let stories about how bad tattooing hurts scare you away from this. I suspect you will love the outcome.

I went to see Marcia for upper and lower eye liner. I was very scared, since after all it is on my face! On my visit I found the office to very clean and comfortable. Marcia was nice and talked me through the procedure. I really cant say there was pain, but some small discomfort. Afterwards my eyes was tender and a little swollen. But ice packs handled that well. My appointment was on a Friday, I didnt have any problems with work on Monday. Saturday and Sunday wasnt bad, I still went out in public but my eyes were a little tender. And that brings me to how it looks. I wanted BLACK but after completely healing it has a dark blue tone to it. My husband, which HATES when I where any make-up, says it is very pretty. LOVE the fact I dont have to put on any eye make-up! No sad looking pool eyes and pollen....bring it on. Wish I could put 2.75 for my rating. Would I do it again......DEFINITELY !!!

I first went to Marcia for the soft eyeliner a few years ago and had my top and bottom lash line done. It has been so wonderfully convenient to not have to put on eye liner every morning plus have it not wear off on a hot summer day or after a workout. I recommended it to my mother who lives in Dallas TX and she also had her lash line done as well as her brows. After hearing how much she loved having her brows done, I decided to take the plunge and also have my brows done in October. It literally takes me less than five minutes to put my makeup on in the mornings now. For anyone on the fence about getting anything done, you wont be sorry! The discomfort is minimal (Ive felt more pain from plucking my own eyebrows) and Marcia frequently checks in with you to make sure youre not uncomfortable. She is a master artist at what she does and I wouldnt go to anyone else.

Several years ago I decided to take the plunge and get permanent eyeliner. So I took to the internet and found Marcia, and I’m so glad I did. Her background and experience was extremely important to me. From that first phone call to set up an appointment, I instantly felt comfortable with Marcia. In addition to her expertise with permanent makeup, she is a very sincere person who instantly puts you at ease with her outgoing personality. Your comfort and satisfaction are her highest priorities. Before the procedure, I always felt that I needed to wear at least eye makeup or people would think I looked tired. After having the procedure, I have stopped wearing makeup most of the time and often get compliments on my eyes! Recently, I decided I wanted to refresh the eyeliner and I immediately thought of going back to Marcia. I would not trust my eyes to anyone else.

During my appt with Marcia at FACES, I had both my upper and lower eyelids done with permanent eyeliner. Marcia was great to work with and answered all my questions. I really love it and am so glad I did it! I have light blonde eyelashes that even I have a hard time seeing without mascara and the permanent eyeliner really defines my eyes even when Im not wearing mascara. Also, my eyeliner would always smudge or smear during the day and now I never have to worry about that again. Ive just had my first appt about 3 weeks ago. It wasnt painful but there is a little discomfort but its worth it:) I used icepacks for the 1st day and part of the 2nd day to reduce the swelling and I waited to wear mascara for 4 days. I didnt have any issues and was able to run errands over that weekend I had the procedure done. It looks very natural and I cant wait for my follow-up appt:)

I chose Marcia Renner for my permanent lip color for a couple of reasons. Marcia is a LPN, and has experience in many other areas that would qualify her to do the job. Also, she has a Painless Program, which is guaranteed. If it hurts, she will stop, and there is no fee. I went in for the lip blush. When we talked I told her I had a history of cold sores. She suggested I contact my doctor to get a ten day script of Valtrex, which I did. My lips now have the color I wanted, and I did not suffer from any cold sores. Also, the procedure was pain free. My lips have that natural color that children have, so I dont have to constantly reapply lip color. Its awesome! I would recommend Marcia to anyone who is looking for some added natural looking color to their lips. Thanks Marcia!
