Dr. Chan himself is an amazing doctor but his office manager and staff are extremely rude and condescending and because of this we will not be back. Before he hired his latest office manager, we had been going to him for years...but she needs help professional help. What worries me is the way she is and taking advantage of the elderly clients who know no better.
