I have 2 autistic toddlers and I am very glad I found this place. I love that the nurses are mature, not fresh out of school, and that they know how to handle an autistic child. Dr Carlson is absolutely the best pediatric doctor ever. She loves what she does and cares for everyones kids very much. She knows my kids (and their medical issues) by heart and I love that about her. She takes care of my kids so well that I often joke that shes their second mom. I know my family is in good hands at Summercreek clinic because Dr Marcus is always there when Dr Carlson is not. Both very professional and both very caring. The staff greets you and always smiles at you as they check you in promptly for your appointments. The lab station nurses are nice. You can never go wrong with an on site pharmacy. Waiting areas & restrooms are always clean. The online MyChart is easy to use and helps me set up appointments with ease, plus send messages to the doctor anytime and I always get a call back and reply in a timely manner. Bottom line, I love the clinic, I love the pediatric doctors, and i would refer anyone with kids to Summercreek clinic. They see adults too but I can only vouch for the pediatric doctors.

New location. Same Problems. I really like my doctor and that is the ONLY reason I keep coming back. I show up 10-15 minutes before my appointment and have to wait forever just to check in. There are 3 woman at the desk, One on the phone and two dealing with what seemed like difficult situations. I dont mind waiting for a couple minutes, this is why people are supposed to arrive early. Then when I check in, the woman tells me my insurance is no longer in the system (I was just in 9 weeks ago, where did it go?) and she needs it added to my appointment before I can check in. So we finally get everything taken care of and I take a seat. 30 minutes later I finally get called to the back. There I wait another 20 minutes. My appointment was at 11:30 and I show up at 11:15 (as requested) and I never even get to see the doctor until 12:30. That is ridiculous. I was on my way out to leave and get a refund when I was stopped because they were ready for me. I like my doctor but I need my job, and I will start the search for new primary care facility if they can not accommodate me when my appointment is scheduled.

I didnt like the service. I went there 2 times to see what was going on with me, and they were not good with the diagnosis and treatment. Ive been to 2 different doctors and they had the same diagnosis. Later, talking with a friend, who is a doctor, she looked and told me that I had an allergy, probably to my toothpaste. So, changed my toothpaste, and worked. No problems anymore. It is unbelievable how they couldnt diagnosis an allergy... looks like they were pushing me to keep going there, spending my money as much as they can. Another problem was that they werent very clear about my insurance coverage, which brought me extra costs with unecessary exams. I dont trust anymore... It was the first and last time that Ive been there.

Ive asked for a Kelsey Seybold urgent care clinic. Why give me Summercreek if theyre closed? Damn! Im trying to find the nearest Kelsey Seybold urgent care in zip code77016. This info was useless. My loved one needs to know exactly where one is now. Instead, I got the run around here!
