I really should have used my better judgment when checking reviews for this place. I showed up 45 minutes before my appointment. I was taken into the examination room 15 minutes after my appointment, and the doctor arrived an hour after that to spend 10 minutes with me. She gave me a prescription for a medication Ive used successfully before but said I needed to order it from some pharmacy in Dallas. I asked if I could just get it at Walgreens and she made it clear this was what I needed to do. So, I went along and did fill through them and waited days for it rather than just pick it up. When I tried to refill the prescription, I received a call that I was supposed to come in again. My former dermatologist would include at least 3 refills before seeing me. The unnecessary appointments and using the mail order pharmacy all must make her more money. And while I dont deny anyone the ability to make a good living the only focus of this place is money, not patient care or convenience.

have known Dr. Connie for the past two years now and I can say that she is pretty much amazing! As a college student it is really hard to for me to come in for follow up visits and just communicate with my physicians in general. Dr. Connie seriously worked around my schedule and made sure I was following up not just on my visits but on my medication too. On top of that she has a great personality so its easy to get along with her and explain to her your concerns. She takes time to talk to her patients giving them all the available options for treatment, explaining them one by one while providing the pros and cons of each treatment. Her new clinic is absolutely great! It has a really homey feeling and I can tell that she has set it up with all her heart! The staff is awesome! (They remember you and your name...which I think is great!) I will definitely recommend Dr. Connie to my family and friends. I wish her all the best in the future! Best Wishes, Faiza

Dr. Connie is nice enough. Unfortunately, the staff and management is poor. I went through 7 months of accutane treatment here and had a terrible experience with them. The wait is consistently 45 minutes to an hour long. They also gave me other patients information. After I realized I had someone elses credentials, I called to explain and the man denied even talking to me. They wouldnt help or would choose to be very rude when finding medication. They wouldnt send my prescription on time either. This is a big issue, since the program is on a time frame. If you do not get the medications in time, it would be cancelled. This medication usually must be ordered due to the lack of stock in the pharmacies. I do not recommend this facility and highly encourage the doctor to find better ways to manage her staff.

Dr Nguyen helped me with some irritation I had on my skin. I went to her through a referral from a friend. She immediately knew what it was, and took time out to understand where I could have been exposed (most likely at the gym!). She helped me understand how important it is to clean the equipment before I used it, and gave me some samples medications to use to clear it up. The irritation cleared up quickly, and now I wipe down the machines before I use them, and never had a problem since. Dr Nguyen figured out my problem, fixed it, and also took the time to understand the source, so I could prevent it from happening again. Thanks Dr. Nguyen!

I went there last September for a first appointment. I paid $25 for the consultation and then sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes without being seen. At that time I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She said about 45 minutes to an hour because the doctor was in surgery!! I asked for a refund as I was unable to wait an hour before being seen. I was given the refund, reluctantly. Then, yesterday, a year later from the original appointment, I was sent a bill for a "NO SHOW". I had to call in to explain the situation, and am waiting for them to reverse the charges. What a hassle. Not recommended.

I love Dr. Nguyen! I dont have major skin issues but my skin was pretty dull, oily, etc. and my sisters skin was glowing after her chemical peel...so I was sold. I was also a little concerned about the price of these sorts of luxury treatments, but I was surprised as to how cost-effective it can be to get this transforming experience. My skin looked fresh, glowing, a-m-a-z-i-n-g and everyone was complimenting me for so many months. It was very good for my soul...and for my ego ;) Sincerely, Henna M.

I used to come here years ago and it was great. But now the reviews are on point. Dont waste your time coming here. I waited 2 hours to the point I dosed off twice in deep sleep for Dr. Nguyen to come in for less than a minute. Literally 1 minute. Its no way in hell you can assess a patient that fast. Didnt ask what treatments I been using or anything. Just offered me a $1250 treatment and a $160 cleanser she sells and said nothing else would work and the appointment was over. I will neverrrrr return.

Worst experience! Filled out registration paperwork online which took an hour. I explained my problem and insurance. Got to the appt., filled out more paperwork. Saw the doctor and was rudely dismissed because I could not afford the fee my ins would not cover. I could have been told this much earlier. Wasted 2 hours and still got charged $170. Ive been through a terrible fatal illness but with 10+ great doctors I survived and everyone of them was compassionate. Not so today :(

Highly recommended! I am part of Team USAs triathlon team. I used to shave to reduce drag. I did laser hair removal to avoid shaving and skin irritations. I was extremely pleased with the results. I had a light hair on my legs, chest, shoulders and back. I never thought it would completely go away. I was amazed with the results after four treatments. Totally worth it! It greatly improved my life. I dont have to worry about it anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Connie.

As a physician and mother of two children with eczema, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. I recently brought my children to her. Although they both have eczema, they differ in severity. I appreciated the thoroughness of Dr. Nguyen’s exam and her knowledge of the latest advances in treating eczema. She developed individualized treatment regimens for each child, discussing not only what to do, but why. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent dermatologist for the whole family!

I went to Dr. Nguyen for several skin problems. She was very thorough with her exam and explained the cause and the best treatments. She took time to write down the regimen that I should follow. I learned how complicated and sensitive the skin can be depending on what part of the body. There isnt one cure-all for everything at all. Im glad I finally decided to go to a specialist; it was very frustrating and a waste of time to go to my GP doctor.
