I called to simply get the office visit rates, and before I could even finish the women who answered blurted out (harshly Ill add) "334," or something (which was not only very professional or polite). And when I asked what that meant, she said thats the suite number. And proceed to say, "thats what you asked right?" And I said "no, it wasnt. But you obviously wouldnt know that because you didnt let me finish." And I just hung up. If the people on the phone dont care about its patients enough to take the time to simply listen, I cant imagine the people any further doing so. Wont be calling them for service.

Had a wait for over an hour, then the examination last all but 2 mins. I was diagnosed with a painful skin condition, handed a single sheet of paper. I guess because he didnt want to explain the disease, after giving me a prescription for ointment, he literally runs out the room while shouting there " THERE IS NO CURE." He could at least pretended he cared. He has done this exact same thing to other patients as well, so dont be next. Hes more worried about his money than your skin.

The 1 star votes have correct comments, but I see these as a plus to give 5 stars. What I mean by this - I am able to get a quick appointment, he sees me and does procedures very quickly, and I am on my way. Some doctors will give you the run a round, make you schedule a follow up appointment, none of this with Roundtree. You come, you get your simple work done, and you go, easy as that if you are looking for a quick treatment.

Dr. Rountree was great! We didnt wait long at all. The minute he walked he know exactly what my daughter needed. It has worked like a charm! When you are good at your job you dont have to spend a lot of time with your patients to get the right diagnosis. He tries to be funny or lighthearted! I highly recommend!!! We saw 2 other doctors before he nailed it on the 1st visit.

I leave near the Medical Center, but I drive across town to see Dr. Roundtree. Dr. Roundtree is GREAT; professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I do not have insurance; so the cost for the appointments and treatment are major factors when I select healthcare professionals. The cost is affordable and reasonable for me; which make my drive across town well-worth the travel.

Awful bedside manner. Doesnt discuss anything with patients before performing procedures, didnt tell me about the medications he prescribed, didnt discuss after care for the procedures. Made me very uncomfortable. On the plus side - hes very quick and his staff is friendly.
