The doctor offers Saturday appointments so thats a plus. Dr. Connie was the 5th determatologist I have seen for a skin condition. I had given up hope that it could be helped. She spent a good amount of time with me, diagnosed it and gave me a wash that has helped tremendously. I was so grateful! I also had a skin tag on my lip that she attempted to burn off. Because of the location she was trying to be extremely careful not to be aggressive, but it was not enough so I have to go back again :( I also got some botox that worked like a charm! $250 for the area between your brows. All in all she takes time to talk with you and geniunely seems to care.

The doctor refused to renew a prescription she previously prescribed because I hadnt had an appointment with her in 6 months. So I made an appointment and I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled time before I saw the doctor. She then just renewed the prescription I previously asked for over the phone. All she wanted was a billable appointment, she didnt care about my well being at all, just my insurances money. Would not recommend.

Stay away. Connie is only interested in your money. She does not care about you!!! Its pure business. if you are looking for a doctor that cares about you, this is far from it. Im extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. Theres a ton of dermatologists I can go to. It is shocking to me that you would deliver such bad customer service this morning. Im sure you can recall seeing me this morning at the front desk.

Her staff is awful. I waited at least an hour to see her and was prescribed medicine that was discontinued. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Theres better doctors with better staff in Houston.

Having to constantly call back to remind the front desk on pending issues they forgot about and will admit to and sending prescinptions to the wrong pharmacy when its time sensitive is very inconvenient.

Dr. Nguyen is great! She took the time to explain everything. The staff is polite and there was no wait time. I highly recommend to anyone that needs to see a dermatologist. FIVE STARS!!

Bad staff. Dr doesnt really care about patients. Too many "extra/add-on" hidden fees. No follow up at all. They actually called me to charge me more.
