I had a biopsy done and waited for a call back. I did call a couple of times for a response and was told the nurse would call. Well, three months later I finally got a little upset since i had already paid the biopsy fee of $77. When i called upset, a nurse was finally called to the phone. She proceeded to tell me that they have too many biopsies to call everyone. Although, it was benign, I would appreciate an office relaying that message. Her excuse that all offices are different does not excuse the fact that it is negligence. I hope that calls will be made in the future to assure the prosperity of the office. There are many other dermatology offices that run efficiently. so...staff, it is your responsibility to your doctor and patients to get a plan that works.

The laser staff were nice and after 7 treatments there was NO change. The billing department is awful at returning calls in regards to questions. I was receiving bills for an unpaid amount yet I was paying a portion after each session and no one could tell me why...I left phone messages, copied bill twice at front desk and left messages with them, discussed the situation with the girls at the front desk and after looking at my account, they did not know why I was being billed. Finally after 8 months, I returned a bill with my question written on it (rather than a payment) I get a call and she states she never received any messages. I owe the amount billed because no one told me I had not satisfied my deductible. Too far away, no results for this much hassle.

Waited 45 minutes to be seen; seemed okay; doctor was really nice, but not quite present during the visit. When I was checking out I realized the doc didnt tell me the scalp condition I had. Now I have tried calling three times and either option I push leads to voicemail. Fourth call, lady was ready to send me to the nurse and I asked to leave a paper message as I have not received a response to voicemail. Phone reps seem to be in a hurry to get off the phone with you. Verdict is still out....

If I could give them zero I would Long wait times (have waited over an hour to be seen before) Doctors rush through the visits Always have to call them for lab results Multiple mess ups on numerous other things. They are always apologizing for something - not what I want from my doctor. Have never had a smooth visit there and have been going there for months. As soon as I am done with my medication I will seek another practice.

Great experience with the staff. Was lied to about the cost of a surgery. Was not billed until over a month later. I was told the only cost would be a office visit. But they lied. It ended up costing 250. The amount was not an issue. Its the fact that they lied to me about it. Thats the deal breaker. Just make sure they quote you in writing.

Customer service is terrible! I called about 5 times to try and set up an appointment and kept getting put "on hold" but they would just hang up. I even left a message and was never called. Needles to say I booked an appointment somewhere else.

I saw Dr. T Desai and he was great! He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He made me feel comfortable and did a great job on all the procedures he performed on me!
