MacDonald Family EyeCare was on the list my insurance gave me. My husband and I have 2 different and insurace plans and MacDonald Family EyeCare stated that they take MANY and MOST insurnaces so i was able to use both plans! My son on the other hand does not have vision insurance in which case they offered him a list of inexpensive specials they had or 40% off his entire purchase. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDED! I made an appointment for my husband, my son and myself the same day. I was able to fill all my paperwork from a printed form on their website which made my appointment a little faster. I would recommend MacDonald Family EyeCare to everyone I know. Thank you again for making my experience amazing to my family and myself!

They are friendly and do a thorough eye exam. I definitely would recommend them. As others have stated, their glasses are expensive if you compare them to 20/20 eye glasses, Wal-Mart, etc. , but you get what you pay for. It would be nice if they would offer a super sale once in awhile so those of us that would like to have more than one pair can afford to do so. And have a better selection of day $99 frames. Other than that, thats my only complaint/suggestion

My son received glasses from this place and the screw kept falling out. When I called them to ask them to fix the glasses they said they would but only replaced the screw, which wasnt the actual problem, the frames themselves were messed up. They wouldnt fix the frames and now we have to go somewhere else to get frames that dont fall apart. These people seem very unprofessional and their service is a big disappointment.

I have been coming here pretty much since they opened. There is a very good reason for that. They are amazing!! Ill not go into detail, but I will say this, the Macdonalds and their staff are amazing, compassionate people that were incredibly supportive of me. I would recommend them 100 times out of 100 times. I promise you that you wont be disappointed. I cant say enough about how fantastic they are.
