Their office is very convenient to our residence which is why we chose to go there. I called and made the appointment, gave my insurance policy and number over the phone prior to them booking me an appointment- they just gave me a time and date. The appointment went alright, their office is nice and clean, I had a hard time understanding their technicians accent at times, but overall I couldnt complain. However, after we did the entire appointment, they charged me $50 for the visit, to which I explained that my insurance provided me with free routine eye examinations. It was THEN that they said that the doctor they booked me with (there are two in the same office with the same staff) did not accept my vision plan. But even though I gave them my insurance information prior to them booking the appointment, THEY booked me with the wrong doctor, and STILL refused to waive the $50 charge because of their mistake. Then, after taking my prescription and ordering glasses elsewhere, I found out after receiving the glasses that the technician screwed up my prescription too. So, now I have to wait for the glasses to be shipped back, re-cut, and re-sent. I will never go to this doctors office again. The doctor himself is very good, but his staff are lazy and make too many mistakes... such a headache! There are too many good doctors in Orlando to put up with this kind of hassle.

Well my first impression was very good. The staff and the Doctor treated me very nice before the surgery they strongly suggested. I was excited after the surgery scheduler told me how good of a job the doctor performs. WOW, what a mistake! The doctor skills and experience sold were over rated. My face looks horrible now. I looked better before. Listen of what I am writing. If you decide to use this doctor, make sure you have someone with you in your appointments. If surgery is recommended, make sure you have clearance from the hospital and the doctor to have a family member with you in the operating room. I noticed that they interpret conversations different that the patients do. Request a writing statement on procedures and how they are to be performed step by step. If I were you I will go somewhere else. Believe me you need to shop around and do not believe the great things you hear about him until you are absolutely sure he can deliver.

Dr. Haas has been my eye doctor for about ten years now. I have always felt that he has my best interests in mind. I never feel that he has to hurry with me to get to his next patient. He spends the time needed to answer questions, discuss options and get a feel for how other things in my life are going with me. His staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I seem to have to wait a while between procedures, but once I have a technician or doctor in front of me, I always get first rate service. (Allow yourself two hours for an annual checkup.) The facility is clean, well laid out and equipped with state of the art equipment. I havent needed surgery yet, but need to have cataracts removed in the next couple of years and I feel confident that Dr. Haas will provide the best service for me. Dr Brian Haas is my top choice for eye care and I highly recommend his care to anyone!

I felt compelled to write this review because of the many seemingly unfair comments I found in these reviews. In my case, I had eye lid surgery from a large eye clinic in Orlando and they did a terrible job. My lids no longer closed and the original surgeon had no interest in fixing the problem. After 7 months, I was referred to Dr. Haas and he worked with me to find a solution. His staff was the best, very professional and Dr. Haas is a gifted and skilled surgeon. The repair was extensive yet I had virtually no pain and was able to resume normal duties in under a week. What I find unique about Dr. Haas is that he takes a holistic approach to fixing your problem. He remembers that it is your face and your image that is at stake. I look better, my eye lids close fine and would recommend him to anyone.

What can I say…. I cannot say enough about Dr. Brian Haas and his staff. When you walk through those doors at Boutique Eye Orlando, you enter the world of kindness, unselfishness, thoughtfulness and good-natured people. These folks are unparalleled. Dr. Haas wouldn’t have it any other way. Dr. Haas listens to your problems, understands your needs and is very compassionate. I will tell you right off that this is not the least expensive place in town, Only the best! When it comes to your site you only have one pair of eyes and you want only the best. I have worn glasses for over 40 years and today I have 20/20 in my right eye and 20/25 in my left eye. AWESOME!!!! It’s people like this that make such a wonderful world. Thank you Dr. Haas.

I am pleased to extend my experience with Dr. Haas. He was highly recommended to me by my mother. I wanted my lids done. Dr. Haas help me achieve the look that I was hoping for. HE DEFINITELY FULFILLED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. I want to take this opportunity and compliment the office Staff; I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient manner in which the office is run. I was impressed to find out that he helps a charity every year. My mom told me that last year he help raised donations for the “National Multiple Sclerosis Society.” I know this year he is sponsoring “Big Brothers and Big Sisters”. This tells you a lot of Dr. Haas’ character and his caring to help these charities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. BRIAN HAAS.

I am so pleased with the service and care my family receives at Boutique Eye. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and the feeling in the office is very family-oriented. Its not cold and clinical feeling like most of the previous practices I have been to. Tana and Christina are both super sweet and always happy to help us with anything. On my first visit I ordered frames with progressive lenses and also prescription sunglasses. Both came back faster than I expected and were perfect. Contact lens orders are processed quickly, the insurance information is at their fingertips and they take time to make you feel valued. I love this place and will gladly recommend it to all of my family and friends.

Self and my wife had a very unsatisfactory experience with Dr. B. Haas. I have requested his written medical report of my condition for further follow up but such report never been made available to me yet. For my wife, he failed to satisfy or convince her of the outcome of his very over priced treatment of her face that the money he charged us was a big waste. I certainly would not recommend him for any of my friends and relatives.

I have been going to Dr. Haas for 10 years. Ten years ago I was diagnosed with a type of Skin Cancer on my eye lid. No one in the area would touch it. Dr. Haas successfully removed it, reconstructed my lower lid and Ive been fine since then. He has also treated me for cataracts. Ive been without glasses now for a year and loving it. Thank you, Dr. Haas.
