I just moved to the area and was nervous to visit a new practice, as I have a relatively complicated history with my eye health. Transcending Eye Care was convenient and I was able to make an appointment online for the next day. I was initially impressed by the friendlieness and efficiency of the staff. They were quick to greet me, sign me in and perform all necessary tests for a typical eye exam. As I waited briefly, I noticed staff seemed to have an equally good rapport with other clients, even remembering the names of family members of patients who were not visiting for appointments. Dr. Tran was in the room shortly after I was led back. My prescription for my contact lenses has never been more comfortable or accurate! She went the extra mile in discussing my eye health. I felt she really listened when I voiced concerns, and her calm demeanor helped me feel confident in my unique situation. Her knowledge shines through as she takes the time to thoroughly explain any problems that need to be addressed in a way thats easy to understand. It was recommended follow-up with a physicians office that is run with similarly high standards. My order of trial lenses was in before I finished the pairs I left the office with the day of my appointment. Overall, Im very happy I selected this practice based off a google review and I hope others will do the same!

Transcending Eye Care is located at LenscCrafters on Colonial in Orlando Florida. They provide awesome service from check in to check out!. Doctors take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions that you may have. I have been to many eye doctors and I feel that this is a very comprehensive exam giving me the best prescription utilizing the most advanced equipment available. The doctors are personable and have years of experience to handle your every need. I will tell my friends about Transcending Eye Care.

I walk in and they take care of me promptly, appt or no appt. Simple as that. And they schedule appts on Sunday which is my best day to get personal things like this done. Contacts feel great, and they are updating their technology so no referral for glaucoma exams to another place will be needed. The staff is friendly, patient and competent. Cant think of how they can improve their service and attitude because its THAT GOOD.
