I recently got full time with the company I work for and I needed to find a place that accepted my insurance. Using ZocDoc I was able to find Yager Eye Institute and Im happy with the choice I made. The staff is extremely nice and you can be sure youre well taken care of. They will also go out of their way to make you your next appointment so you dont have to worry about calling the office back. After every other practice I tried calling gave me excuses to why they couldnt see me. Im happy that Yager was there for me. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor and looking for a state of the art practice! :)

I needed a new eye doctor closer to my home, and a few friends recommended Yager Eye Institute. I am so glad I switched to this practice, and even if I move far away, I will keep coming back! The office staff, the assistants and the doctors are all friendly and helpful. I get appointments within a week of calling, my contacts arrived within 2 days of ordering, and they even had my VERY high prescription as a sample lens, which impressed me! They even took measures to help find the best price for my contacts, which was so appreciated. I definitely recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of the Yager Eye Institute (and its previous incarnation of Doctors Swanson, Sowers, Lee, and Yager) for many years, and now take my family to them as well. I love everything about this practice, from the courteous, respectful treatment both on the phone and in person, to the care of the doctors and staff. Also Love the optical shop. They have the best selection and qualified professionals who help to find the best look and fit. I truly feel that my eyes are cared for by this practice.

Service has continued to go down hill. Ive seen 4 doctors since I have gone there. The most recent debacle has been the distributor of their contact lenses not having my lenses in stock. So they ordered them from an outside company and couldnt use my insurance. I was told 2-3 day shipping. Its been 5 business days so far. Not impressed. Its time for a new eye doctor.

Always experience quality care and personal attention to all details of visits no matter who you see.....i.e. last minute appts. for a problem or yearly visits with regular doctor. Also, the office staff is stable, consistant and friendly!

The eye exam is done by assistants, there is always a long wait to enter the exam room even if you arrive promptly, and on my last visit I told the doctor that I wanted to switch to a two week lens. He ordered me dailies...
