I took my girls in last month to get tested. I was given scripts afterwards for each of them, and told I would be able to fill them the following month (January), due to some insurance changes. My wife called in last week to setup an appointment to pick out glasses for the girls. Apparently between the time she called to setup an appointment and the time she came in (less than 7 days), some changes had taken place that we were not made aware of. (very unprofessional). She walked in today, expecting to pick out glasses for the girls, when she was informed in a rather abrupt and unprofessional manner that the store no longer takes a particular kind of insurance. One would think that she could have received a call prior to coming out to make her aware of these changes, but no. In my opinion, this is an unprofessional business practice. To make situations worse, the attendant my wife dealt with appeared rude and disinterested in performing her job. I work in a high stress environment (level one trauma). I have learned to leave my attitude at the door. When I punch in to duty, its all about the patient. I believe this should be a common practice in every profession, especially those where good customer service skills is a must. Had it been a different person with poor control over there emotions, there definitely would have been a barrage of words exchanged.

First pair of glasses had scratched lenses (probably due to his badly calibrated equipment). Lens was replaced but I felt like I wasnt seeing quite right so I went somewhere else to get my lens checked and they found out that I had the same prescription on both lenses even though my prescription was for slightly different lenses. When I went back to Optical Elegance he tried to tell me that it wasnt significant (I guess he assumed I wouldnt care if my prescription wasnt filled exactly) but he replaced it.. and guess what!? The replacement lens has nice scratches right in the middle! At this point I just gave up and went elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment almost 2 months ago. I showed up today for my appointment and they tell me that they cant attend me because they dont accept my insurance. The receptionist insisted that my phone was disconnected, which it has never been, and that this is why they couldnt even leave me a voicemail informing me of this.

Stay away!!!!!!!!bad quality glasses the sales lady was extremely pushy trying to sell you their store glasses, one day they said Medicaid will only pay $70 for glasses the next day $100 the glasses are cheap low quality.. I went somewhere else to get my glasses.

i called down to the place to get my daughters glass perception send to the new eye doctor and wasnt sent out but the other lady i spoke on the phone with was very helpful and sent it right threw for me

I have been with many doctors before but the doctor here is the best she takes her time ask questions making sure she cover everything even for my kids .best doctor ever

I have been going to many doctors and by far the staff there is wonderful. They are very patient and courtesy and the doctor is wonderful and friendly.
