So Ill start by saying that all the staff are very welcoming and friendly, and that Dr. Mike really does seem to believe in what he is teaching (holistic wellness, anti-meds) Im a generally healthy person, 23, good diet and exercise habits. However I suffer from chronic neck pain on and off which I have had for about 5 years. I went to a regular physician a couple years ago who diagnosed me with general muscle strain/tightness and had me go through physical therapy. Recently I started a desk job and this has really exacerbated the problem. I went to Risoldi as a desperate measure, I dont like doctors and definitely not chiropractors in general. My friend had recommended Risoldi to me so I thought it would be ok. After a round of x-rays the doctors claimed that I suffered from neck pain because my neck had lost its curve and that they could fix it by restoring what I had lost. Dr. Mike also promised me at my initial consultation that I would be feeling much better after thirty days. They signed me up on a plan that required me to start coming for adjustments three days a week. Adjustments here are performed with a tapping tool which at least seems safer than cracking which I was not willing to try. The doctors seemed really confident in what they were doing so I tried to trust them even though I honestly started feeling worse, not better. After the adjustments I would still be in pain but sometimes I would feel none the next day (which I should have realized was due to the purchase of a new pillow with more support but I wanted to believe they were helping me). I went to Florida Orthopedic for a second opinion. They looked at my x-rays and told me my spine looked great, my muscles were just inflamed. They also told me that it is impossible to put a curve back in a neck and that some people just have straight necks and forward head posture which can be helped by strengthening your neck muscles. I wish I had gone to them first. I went on vacation for a couple weeks and had time to rest my neck. About halfway through my vacation my pain was gone. It had been a muscle problem all along. Needless to say I didnt go back to Risoldi. Originally when I signed up for the plan I agreed to $225 a month. What I didnt realize is that you are actually paying by adjustment. So after a month of treatment which didnt help me at all, I now owe $600 which is not negotiable. This is unavoidable because they start you off at 3x per week. By the time you realize its not working, youve basically been frauded. Not to mention the $185 they charged me for a "home care kit". I tried to exit out of the plan a couple weeks earlier but each time the doctors would reassure me that it would start working and to give it a chance. I honestly feel pretty upset about the whole thing. Dont go to Risoldi unless you have exhausted all other options. Even then I wouldnt recommend it.

My entire family started seeing Dr. Mike Risoldi a little over a year ago. Besides my husband and myself, we have 4 teenagers. I had suffered with lower back pain from an old injury for over 20 years. The pain was becoming so severe that I was afraid that Id need surgery or have to give up playing tennis, which is my true passion. The pain was also preventing me from sleeping well. Thanks to Dr. Mike, my back feels better now than it has in over 20 years! It didnt happen instantly, but with patience and Dr. Mikes determination, we worked together to erase years of back pain. I am now able to sleep completely pain free and am able to play tennis 4-6 times per week without back pain. I have to give some of the credit to Dr. Carl Conforti at Conforti Chiropractic, to whom Dr. Mike referred me for spinal decompression treatments. Thanks to both chiropractors, I feel better than I have in years! Besides my own success story, Dr. Mike has helped my husband with his neck pain and also helped all 4 of my children with their own issues and to maintain good health. We will continue to maintain our familys good health and well being with the help of Risoldi Family Chiropractic. I recommend it to anyone.

My family first met Dr Risoldi over 13 years ago when our family physician referred my husband to him after he was in a car accident. Dr Risoldi certainly helped him during that time so when I began experiencing severe arthritic pain 7 years ago, and medical doctors were not successfully helping, I decided to see Dr Risoldi. After just 3 visits and supplements that he prescribed, I felt 80% better. I have continued to be under his care and thanks to adjustments, dietary changes, supplements, and exercise, I feel great! More importantly, my children started going about a year after I did, and with a similiar regimen, they no longer require the 5 monthly asthma medications that they were both using or the Ritalin that one of them was taking. I believe that Chiropractic care, proper nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and good sleep are all important in combination to preventing many of the major health problems that our society is dealing with in epidemic proportions such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, ADHD, asthma, etc. I have learned so much from Dr Risoldi. His office staff is fantastic as well and helps make each visit a pleasurable experience.

Dr. Mike Risoldi is knowledgeable and exuberant. He looks at each patient as an individual person rather than as a set of symptoms. As a chronic pain sufferer, I am always surprised to find that as I am leaving, having walked in feeling just awful, I feel lighter, cared for, and supported in my journey back to a healthy body. The staff must also be acknowledged. It is often easy to judge a poorly run business by the attitudes displayed by the person(s) at the front desk. The women who work with Mike are just as friendly, helpful, courteous, and happy as Dr. Mike himself. This is not your ordinary chiropractic experience.
