Dr. Milnes and all the staff at Active Chiropractic stay on top of all the new technology and medical information in order to provide patients with expert care. He is extremely knowledgeable and finds the underlying problem behind the symptoms and that is what he treats using the Impulse IQ as well as therapy to decrease or eliminate the pain and discomfort. He listens to his patients and explains things to you in a very understandable way. I moved to FL 6 years ago and found Active Chiropractic within a few months. Due to a hereditary medical condition and being overweight at the time, it was definitely agreed that I needed to start a proper eating regimen an exercise program. After starting this lifestyle change, which I continue 6 years later, in conjunction to my regular maintenance chiropractic visits, my headaches are non-existent, my knees work and my lower back pain is non-existent. Because of the dedication to his patients health and the continuing education he provides, I have never had to be treated with medication and living the life I always wanted. I run 5k and 10k races locally and accomplish more today than I ever have because of the dedication to their patients. You will not find a better place than Active Chiropractic and Rehabilitation anywhere in the area; they are the BEST!!!!

Active Chiropractic is one of the best chiropractor offices I have been to. The office is serene, attractive and inviting. Catalina and the rest of the staff are always friendly and do their best to make you comfortable. Dr. Milnes demonstrates superior knowledge and talks you through continuing care at home through stretch and movement, not just in office adjustments. The iQ Impulse machine for adjustments is amazing. Dr. Milnes use of this machine shows that he is on the cutting edge of the industry. At first I did not think I would like the non-manual adjustments and really wanted the relief that can come from a few cracks and pops, but the iQ Impulse machine works much differently and after a couple of treatments the relief was much longer lasting, plus it is far more gentle. I am very pleased that I moved back to Clearwater and use Dr. Milnes as my chiropractor.

I had double knee replacement and developed lower back pain because I am unable to kneel and cannot lift using my legs. Im a gardener and I am busy weeding, planting, and landscaping every day. Prior to Dr. Milnes adjustment I am unable to lift my legs more than a few inches with pain while laying on my stomach. Afterwords I can lift my legs over a foot without pain. I prefer not to mask pain with medication. This can lead to overconfidence in activities. With regular adjustment I take no pain medication, prescription or OTC. Thank you. Youre a back saver
