I have not been to the optometrist in about 14 years. Typical guy. My vision lately has been getting kind of blurry. I also have a secret. I have a phobia of going to the optometrist. I think it stems from my Asian ness of not wanting to fail and I always fail those eye chart tests. The fear of not getting 100% A+. Thankfully Dr Bui assured me that its OK to not pass the eye chart test. The relief that swept through me felt so good. The minute I tried on my new glasses was an epiphany. The world looked so clear now. It was like seeing the world in 4K clarity. The sky never looked so blue, the grass never looked so green. Jessica Alba never looked so freaking hot! I quietly said goodbye to my 13 yr old scratched, superglued together glasses. Goodbye old friend. Im sorry for all those times I fell asleep on you and bent you up. I would recommend Dr Bui to everyone and I promise I wont wait another 14 yrs to get my eyes checked.

Dr Bui is good but staff is very bad and rude. I went their for eye checkup and they asked for additional test. They told me I will have to pay only certain amount and I dont need to pay anything else. Later I received bill. They billed me some amount saying your insurance did not pay. I questioned that and reminded them our discussion before exam. They said I will have to talk with my insurance company. I am now working with my insurance company to sort that out. Now I have pinkeye issue and wanted to get treatment on that, Omnivision simply refused to see me till I settle my balance. This is really absurd. I told their staff I dont expect such treatment and they were not bothered at all. It is like they dont care. If thats what they want then less patients for them (me + 3 family members + friends + anyone who agrees with this review )

Front desk is not too friendly and welcoming. I was not notified that my Dr had left the practice and when I was in the exam room I was greeted by a very young male. I thought maybe he was a tech..? To my surprise he was the new Dr of the clinic. Was ok with all of this UNTIL my contacts were given to me... I put them on... He did no checking of my eyes and the fitting of the contacts afterward. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not have to make a follow up appt and to "just wear those for a week, and then I can finalize the script after you call....." This has never been routine for me before so I found it strange. I will finalize my RX with this Dr as my one visit a year with insurance was just last week. Next year, I am FOR SURE going elsewhere. NOT happy with this eye exam at all!!!!!!

Wonderful visit today! I decided I wanted contact lenses. Angela did the testing, Dr. DeLong did an exam, and it turns out that I can wear them. Dr. DeLong gave a couple of recommendations, given that I am a first-time contact lense wearer, and that I have presbyopia and a very mild astigmatism. Angel did a wonderful job with teaching me what I needed to know and do, before I could go home with contacts. They work very well with my insurance (Humana Vision Care Plan). I would highly recommend this center, the staff and doctors are wonderful people. So if you are new to the area, and need an eye doctor, or you just want to make a switch, come see the great folks at Omni Vision Eye Care. Youll be glad you did.

I have been going to OmniVision for 3 years now and I love it there. Mr. Bui has always been very friendly and he has always taken the time out to answer all my questions. Ive never had to wait long after my appointment time to be called back which I also really appreciate. I also like the fact that they accept Carecredit as a form of payment and every year when I order my contacts I also get a rebate form. The location is great too. I have always had a great experience at OmniVision and will continue to go there yearly. I feel like even if something happened at OmniVision that I didnt like that Mr Bui and his staff would do whatever they needed to do to correct the problem.

As a person who didnt go to the eye doctor much previous to this I was a bit anxious about going, but Dr. Bui was very nice and thorough in his exam. I found I needed progressive lenses. (uggg!!!) The glasses came in quickly and the girl who helped me with fitting/adjustments was very sweet and took the time to explain that the glasses may take some time for me to adjust to. She gave me some helpful tips that can make the adjustment period easier. Due to a small glitch with the frames (they were my own frames I brought in) I am going to get another pair of glasses made, but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make it right. I would certainly recommend them!

Excellent experience here today! Prior to my visit, I read several reviews of nearby eye care centers and based on that information, decided to give this one a try because of all the positive responses. This was my first eye checkup in more than 10 years and am so glad I chose the correct eye care center. Dr. Duong was very friendly and professional as was the entire staff that was very helpful every step of the way. Angel took the time to show me various frames and explain different options as related to my insurance. I definitely recommend Omnivision Eye Care!

I have been a customer of Omni Vision since I moved to Texas a few years ago and I am never disappointed! I consistently receive great service from the entire staff from the moment that I walk in to the time that I leave. They are so helpful, informative, patient, and honest! I have had eye exams with both Dr. Bui & Dr. Duong, and they are both good! I am so glad that I chose Omni Vision for my vision needs & I would definitely recommend them to people that I know and/or come in contact with. Keep up the good work!!

I havent had an eye exam since I was in grade school (bad, I know) so I was a bit nervous. I spend hours upon hours in front of a computer so I knew that it was time to get an eye exam done. But Dr. Duong was very nice and very personable and knowledgeable. He didnt scold for not getting my eyes checked routinely. Angel did a great job with helping me pick out my glasses.All around the staff was very knowledgeable and very nice and personable. If you are looking for eye care, definitely look up OmniVision Eye Care!

This service was terrible. The lady who helped me find glasses to me I could use my insurance and their current sale of buy one get one free. Then I go back a few weeks later and she said it was a mistake and I couldnt use both which meant I had to pay an extra $200!!!!! No one would take ownership and said the lady was new thats why she gave me the wrong price! Everyone is awful at this office and the dr was just ok. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!
