Dr. Pang and his team of professionals are the best care givers anyone could ask for. My family and I have been patients for several years and could not be more pleased with the ability to explain detail at a laymans level, the one on one attention and the obvious care they take with each patient. From the moment you step into the office, through diagnosis, to lens and frame selection (complete with insurance management) their care for the individual shines through. I could not recommend them more highly and have referred my friends here.

I was visiting the area from out of town and developed a serious eye reaction. They were open late and saw me without an appointment. Exam cost was reasonable, staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. I was even able to drop in the next morning before leaving town and getting my "late night thoughts" questions answered. A follow up to my regular doctor at home revealed that I had received the proper diagnosis and excellent care at Trinity Eye Care.

It all started with Nicole...on the phone...she was amazing!!! She provided superb service and made me want to meet her in person. She was able to get me in quickly and that is important to me because I work a crazy schedule and can be called away at a moments notice. Dr. Pang was incredibly funny and outgoing and really cool. Aileen Pang was so friendly and funny, too. I would say dont walk, but run to Trinity Eye Care because they are THAT great!

Extremely money driven. Charged over $170 for just letting the patient put on their own contact lenses, ridiculous. Since they charged it separately from the regular exam, it was not covered at all by the insurance. I DO NOT recommend this place at all; search else where for an optometrist. This one will just charge you for ridiculous things.

Great customer service. Amazing rapport with Dr. Pang for my whole family. The overnight contacts that helped my son have limited his need for glasses or contacts during the day. He helped with an emergency injury to one of my eyes. Highly recommend.
