Any eye doctor can test you if you have minimal eye problems… but if you have more complicated issues, or if you simply want the best, go see Dr. Rojas. A good analogy would be when you have car problems. You can get a mechanic who relies solely on check engine read outs, or you can see a specialist who can explain to you how everything works, why it failed, how he’ll fix it, and how to keep the failure from happening again. I’m one of the unfortunate ones with lots of eye issues…. Cataracts, Macular Degeneration, Scar tissue, dry eyes and swelling behind my eyes due to stress and high blood pressure. I feel like the final exam in medical school board exam which Dr. Rojas aced. Each of my eye issues have been resolved or are being contained. Thanks so much for the education and for your detail to perfection, and for your true concern. I’ve gone to a lot of doctors in the past, and you are the best!

Horrible service and follow up. First, I was given a prescription eye drop that was $150. Then I was told my "follow up" appointment would cost me another $50-150 bucks (just to come in for 10 minutes for the doctor to literally look at my eyes) Ordered glasses - I was told Id have my glasses in a week. I called the office twice to check on the status - never heard back. I had to FINALLY go into the office on my day off to check on them and try to get an answer. They couldnt give me an answer. Turns out the lab scratched the lenses & had to start over (but nobody called to let me know). Was told I would have them yesterday AND TURNS OUT THEY WERE SCREWED UP YET AGAIN and now I have to wait another week. 3 wks & NO GLASSES. The whole point of the visit was to get help with headaches I get from work and this lab/office has helped with nothing. Will not be returning to this lab anytime soon.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The mood of the office staff and doctors here is very stuck up! Its obvious this place has been in this great location, so they dont need to provide good customer service in order to keep the cash flowing, and thus your business and happiness means NOTHING! They screwed up my appointment time 3x, were rude in trying to accommodate me after a 3rd screw-up, wouldnt apologize, and then after it all tried to say I should go to Wal-Mart if I didnt want to wait on their doctor to be available!!!! Outrageous customer service, stay away! I recommend Trinity Vision, very nice doctor who isnt all about THE DOLLARS!!!!!.........

I had Dr. Moiger do my eye exam. When it was time to choose glasses I was worried as I always am. I have a very large head so I find it difficult to get a set of frames that fits well. But they had a very wide selection to choose from so after trying on many glasses I finally settled on one I liked. I was treated very well by all of the staff. They really keep a very friendly environment so I usually enjoy my visits here.

I have been getting my glasses at this location since 1993 when it was located in Prestonwood Mall (with Dr. David Moiger). Elyse Lemery has taken good care of me for many years and most recently, Dr. Luis Rojas has done the same. A recent drawback is that this facility no longer does lens fitting and it is necessary to go to another location to get that done.

A friend of mine was in an impossible situation. I had to call their office for him, and ended up having to get transfered to the Doctor (Jennifer). She was amazing!!!! Went way and above our expectation. Honestly a complete joy to work with!!!! So much so that I"m going to be changing over to their office for my next exam!!!

LOVE this place. Rafael has helped me choose my glasses for the last three years and hes just great. Patient, smart and super helpful. And Dr. Moiger is great, too. They occasionally have a non-friendly person at the front desk but everything else about this place is awesome.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Not sure how this place has managed to stay in business. The optical dept. is a joke. They have no idea on customer service much less the proper way to fit lenses or glasses. Gave up after numerous attempts to get them to correct their error.

I went in for an eye exam, and was told I would get contacts in a couple of weeks. Four months and dozens of calls later, still no luck. They keep telling me the same story about the order never being put in the system until "just a couple of weeks ago." I cant see...

I get my contacts here and my glasses. The last time I came in I needed to have my frames adjusted and they fixed them at no extra cost. They have very good customer service Im always at ease when I come here for my yearly eye exams.

Excellent doctors, staff and eye care! They have convenient Saturday appointments too! Great selection of frames and fast service! I love my new glasses! I would tell anyone looking for a new doctor and staff to come here first!

I booked an emergency appointment here after having some scratches in my eye. They took my insurance, VSP. Staff was great an everyone was helpful. Would recommend to any one looking for a new optometrist.
