Years of trouble with my eyes and Finally a location that can take care of my optical needs! Salisbury Eye Care Center is now my choice for my eye exams. I had to have bi-focals early on in life and Dr. Sie was the first optometrist I found that could get my script perfect for me. He listened to my concerns and was able to get my glasses script right the first time through. My history of scripts from other doctors took at least three attempts to get something I could see correctly out of. The staff is great and eager to help. They call when they have questions and dont forget you when it is time for order pickups. They service the glasses they sell as well! While they were fitting my most recent pair of glasses, they replaced the nose bumpers on my older set to keep for a backup since my script had not changed much. Thanks guys!

I was cheerfully greeted immediately upon entering the office. No one treated me as if I was a interrupting something they would rather be doing... which is an experience I often have when going to appointments now. Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and were happy to be there. Everyone was professional and concerned about the care of my eyes and vision. I was seen at my appointment time, which is important to me. I am a working professional and do not have time to waste on idle waiting. If I am on time I expect to be seen on time. When selecting my glasses, I was offered many options based on what I stated I was looking for in my next pairs of glasses... and allowed to choose my options without being rushed. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The Eye Care Center Salisbury is truly an awesome practice. Not only does The Eye Care Center in Salisbury, NC have terrific greeters, check-in & check-out ladies, but the doctors there are just so professional, but easy to talk to. In fact, when my brother and I recently had our annual eye exams with Dr. Treece, he couldnt have been more friendly, patient, and knowledgable. Most importantly, he reviewed our eye exam results in real simple & understandable ways. So, if you are looking for an exceptional eye care practice that provides the best care in Salisbury, NC, look no further. Trust me when I say that you will not find a better place to have your eyes checked. Bravo to The Eye Care Center Salisbury!!!

Dr. Sie and the whole staff are very professional, and take time to listen. Dr. Sie is so personable, and explains the procedures and his findings. I experienced a sudden and rather dramatic change in my vision in one eye this past Sunday. I called the Eye Care Center first thing Monday morning, and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Sie at noon. He did an excellent exam, and the retinal mapping test, and explained everything to me. Thankfully, the retina was intact, and no further treatment was required. It was a great relief that I was able to be seen quickly.

I love the Eye Care Center. They were the only doctors in this area that were able to prescribe the right prescription for my needs, due to the fact that Dr. Grigsby has the same condition. My entire family goes to the Eye Care Center, including my grandchildren. We all now see Dr. Sie. His patient care and concern makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff is very friendly too. Although the frames could be a little more appealing for younger people and those who dont want to feel so old, you will get no better service in the Carolinas in my opinion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sies for 12 years. I have always been extremely pleased by the care he provides, the time he takes to answer questions, as well as knowing the practice keeps their equipment up to date to provide the best patient care experience. I have been a contact lens wearer and my husband glasses. We have always been most pleased with our care and experience at this practice. Additionally, the staff has always been helpful with insurance questions and stay knowledgeable in that area as well. I highly recommend Dr. Sie and this practice.

Ive been a patient at Eye Care Center in Salisbury since they first opened in their original location many years ago and have moved with them from place to place as they grew. I started out with Dr. Bartlett, but now I see Dr. Grigsby, and Im always very happy with his exam and the way he explains things in a way that I can understand. Everyone from the ladies behind the desk to the ladies in the reception area to the technicians and the doctors are friendly, warm, and very helpful. I highly recommend Eye Care Center of Salisbury!

I was a little nervous when I went to the Eye Care Center, and from the moment I walked in to give them my paper work they started putting me at ease. They are very professional yet compassionate and caring at the same time. The lady who ran a few tests was very nice and explained what she was doing and why. Then she walked me to the room where I waited for Dr. Trece who was also very nice along with his assistant. If you need to go have your eyes checked out, I would recommend the Eye Care Center.

This practice is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Treece "installed" punctual plugs for me and did a great job - he didnt hurt me at all. Alexis in the frame department is amazing. She is really good at what she does. When trying to decide on a frame, she guided me to the perfect one. I have a small face and she knew the exact frame to suggest. Each person I dealt with in this practice took their time with me and answered any questions I had. A good experience all around.

I have been going to the Eye Care Center for many years now. I normally see Dr.Sei, however I have seen the others as well. You can not go to any kind of Doctors office and get the friendliness and courtesy you get here. The doctors are very detailed in their exam, and either glasses or contacts, they will help find you the best fit. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Eye Care Center. As a contact lens wearer for decades, I am most particular about who prescribes them, and as a patient of Dr. Sies for several years, I cannot be more pleased with his knowledge, expertise, courtesy, and proficiency! Called to make an appointment for my son and was treated as if my business did not matter to them at all. Very discriminatory and RUDE! I would never recommend this place to anyone! I have never been treated so rudely by a medical professional. I politely told the lady on the phone as such and took my business elsewhere!!
