Not the typical Review: You know, Im an old coot, kind of difficult at times however only because I happen to believe my time is every bit as valuable as my physicians time. I also never lose sight of the fact that I am the customer as physicians and their staff are often want to do. I take meds each day and for that reason I also see a physician at least four times a year however, typically more often. I have left every physician I have ever gone to for one or more of the reasons listed above however NOT Dr. Fetchero III and Family Practice Associates of Orange Park. These guys are GREAT! Im always treated with respect and regard for my time, without the need to remind anyone I too have plans for the day. The staff is always nice, often cutting up with me and joking around. The staff works around my sometimes difficult schedule and always do their best to work me in when it is most convenient for me. How often can you say your physicians staff does that!? Right! Not often.. Dr. Fetchero III, he is a genuinely good guy. I like him. He has a good sense of humor and he listens to me and HEARS me. How often does your physician do that? He has a great bedside manner. He always tries to save me money. Oops, again how often does your doctor do THAT?! Important stuff now, Dr. Fetchero III is a good doctor. One of my ailments is hypertension. Heretofore it has run wild. None of the previous doctors were able to get it managed. It is now. Im overweight (currently losing weight) and he has my BP finally managed. Previously it was seldom lower than 160/105 and no one cared enough to work diligently at it until it was good - except Dr. Fetchero III. Summary; if you guys are seeking a great medical experience and a doctor and staff who realize they need you to succeed, consider seeing DR. Fetchero III and the staff at Family Practice Associates of Orange Park.

I give them -0. This use to be a good docs office to go to. Everything has changed now and you can get nothing accomplished. It takes days to get call backs regarding urgent messages. My daughter had a visit scheduled for birth control pills. Specially made the appointment for that purpose. She paid $225.00 (their going rate these days for regular appointment) and was told that because she had her pap smear some place else (April 2013) she needed to go to that doctors office to get a prescription. This was AJ Torres. My daughter mentioned too that she needed a refill on her asthma medicine. He proceeded to tell her that nothing in her file reflected she had asthma and who prescribed that to her previously. Funny thing, AJ Torres prescribed it twice and confirmed her asthma. Shes had it all her life. There is one lady there Tamieka who is extremely helpful. If you want something done call her, problem is shes not a doctor.

I have been a patient at Family Practice since the late 1980s. I have maintained my health needs there over the years due to the outstanding care I receive there. For numerous years, I have been seen by Janet Underkofler, PA. She is compassionate, caring, and highly knowledgeable in the field of family medicine. She always takes the time to explain your medical needs and concerns and goes up above and beyond for her patients. A few months ago I called her office about a surgery that I needed for my eyes. She personally took the time to call me at home that evening. I think the world of Janet and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for that one special health professional. Janet Underkofler always puts her patients first!

Family Practice Associates has been my medical provider for close to twenty years. In all that time, they have continued to maintain an excellent staff and supply quality medical care, advancing their admin and logistics as time and technology has allowed. When I needed their services on short (non-emergency) notice, such as this last time, I was able to schedule an appointment close to my place of work for a time less than an hour from when I spoke with the office scheduler. Thats customer support! I would recommend this health care provider (and have) to family and friends without hesitation.

After a lot of people recommended this office(Middleburg Location), I tried to schedule with them. I scheduled online for a Tuesday. Two days later I got a call that the system double booked and they needed to reschedule the appointment. Then two days before said appointment, they called again and said the same thing. I told them what happened before. I shouldnt have to change my appointment again because your staff cant do their job correctly. Coming from the medical administration field, I know it can be difficult but thats when customer service comes in.

After having the same family physician for 25 plus years, she decided to retired in 2015. I was forced to find a new doctor and found Janet Underkofler at Orange Park Family Physicians. YEA ME!!! She is the best!!! With compassion and concern, she and her nurse Yvonne have been on top of my healthcare issues from the start. I am so pleased with the entire staff. I have an HMO and they wasted no time making sure I got the referral for the tests I needed. Thank you so much, Janet, Yvonne and the rest of the staff. You are all GREAT!!!!!!

This was my 1st visit with Family Practice Associates and it was very professional. The triage nurse was very cordial and my Doctor took his time to understand a very rare syndrome that I have. He also understood that I want to be on as few medications as possible, except when needed. I had bloodwork that was done in the office, not needing to go elsewhere, which I thought was awesome. The young lady that drew my blood did a great job, no pain at all. The receptionist was very nice as well. All in all a great visit. Thanks.

This was our first visit at Family Practice & Associates.....IT WAS FANTASTIC! I visited the one on Argyle Forest. The staff there were GREAT! My husband and I saw A. J. and he was SO PROFESSIONAL and really made both of us feel very confident that he was going to take great care of us and get our health where it needs to be! We are looking forward to our follow-up appointment this coming week! If you are thinking of joining this group of professionals....I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO! You will not be disappointed!

I discovered Dr. Bultman while searching for a AME who could help me with my FAA First Class Medical after having a procedure done; Julia and Dr Bultman were extremely helpful and I left the office with my medical certificate, knowing everything was done right. Their knowledge of FAA medical regulations and required paperwork kept me able to work. The entire staff is courteous and helpful. ...every visit I have made here has been a pleasant experience. The staff made me feel welcome, the wait time was fairly short and every question I have posed has been answered courteously, without making me feel like they were trying to get me out the door. They are willing to discuss treatment options and have always taken the time to make sure there were no misunderstandings. I trust the folks Ive dealt with here to help me live well.
